ーパート用としては適切ではない。(b) Prior art A structure is already known in which a large number of spiral wire rods formed from synthetic resin wire rods are formed into flat coils, which are interlocked alternately at each coil loop portion and successively connected by a core wire. Because it is strong, highly air permeable, and has excellent bending properties, it has recently come to be used in fields such as dryer canvases for papermaking and various endless belt conveyors. However, in the conventional structure of this type, as shown in FIG. 1, a spiral wire 1 having a left-handed coil and a spiral wire 2 having a right-handed coil are arranged alternately, and the coils are opposed to each other. Since the loop parts 3 and 4 are alternately engaged and connected by the core wire 5, it forms a net-like structure with a relatively large porosity and has high air permeability, but the supporting area for the paper web is small. Therefore, when the wet paper is brought into pressure contact with the drying cylinder, the contact area is small, and heat transfer to the wet paper becomes slow, making it impossible to expect high drying efficiency. In addition, there is the problem that paper powder and dust can easily get into the coil space of the spiral wire and accumulate, making dirt noticeable, making it particularly unsuitable for dryer parts that perform thermal drying of wet paper that still contains a large amount of moisture. do not have.

In order to make these woven filter cloths endless, it is necessary to process joints at both ends of the filter cloth using means such as metal hooks, and the joints are inevitably thicker than the main body. Strength decreases. As a result, wear problems due to thickness differences and opening problems due to lack of strength are predicted to occur. Also, it is difficult to adjust the gap between the scraper and the processed cake to peel it off, and the filtration performance between the joint and the main body is Because of the marked difference in the joints, there is a problem that sludge and sludge can pass through the joints. These difficulties become more apparent as the dewatering pressure increases, and there is a strong demand in the industry for a convenient filter cloth for use in high-pressure dehydrators.

である。(c) Purpose of the Invention The present invention aims to improve the various disadvantages caused by the net-like structure of the conventional dryer canvas, which is formed by connecting a large number of spiral wire rods, as described above, and to solve the problems of the conventional filter cloth for dehydrators. Although it is a structure formed by connecting a large number of spiral wires, it has a relatively dense woven-like appearance,
The object of the present invention is to provide a woven structure made of a large number of synthetic resin spiral wires that is highly strong, has appropriate air permeability, and can be seamlessly made into an endless shape.

The two spiral wire rods 11, 11 or 10, 10 located on both sides of one spiral wire rod 10 or 11 are meshed one after another in an overlapping state, and the spiral wire rods 11, 11 or 10, 10 are connected directly through the center of the spiral wire rod 10 or 11.
A long belt-like body is formed by sequentially connecting synthetic resin core wires 12 of about 0.4 to 1.0 mm.

る。 When the thus obtained strip is made of spiral wire rods equivalent to the conventional spiral wire rod, twice the number of spiral wire rods 10 and 11 than the conventional spiral wire rods are arranged in the length direction, and the number of spiral wire rods 10 and 11 is twice the conventional spiral wire rod. core wire 1
2 and 12, the porosity is small, the surface shape is similar to that of a textile, it has high strength, and there are loops 13 at both ends, so the loops at both ends can be By interlocking and inserting the core wire, it can be seamlessly made into an endless shape.

な効果を発揮する。(e) Effects of the invention As described above, the woven structure according to the present invention has
A structure is formed in which a large number of spiral wire rods formed by molding synthetic resin wire rods into flat coil shapes are connected by core wires, and adjacent spiral wire rods 10 and 11 are sequentially arranged so that their coil portions overlap each other by approximately 1/2. The spiral wire rods 10 and 1 are meshed with each other.
Spiral wire rods 10, 10, 11, 11 located on both sides of the center position of 1 are core wires 12, 1
2, the porosity is small and the surface has a fabric-like appearance, and it is highly strong and can be easily seamless by engaging the loops on both ends and inserting the core wire. It can be made into an endless band. Therefore, when used as a dryer canvas for papermaking, the supporting area for the wet paper is large, and heat transfer from the drying cylinder to the wet paper is good, improving drying efficiency and reducing paper dust and dirt during use. It is difficult for dust to accumulate inside the spiral wire, and it also has sufficient flexibility in the length direction, so it runs smoothly and is particularly advantageous for use in the dryer part of wet paper.

濾過機能を保持することができる。 In addition, it is highly strong and can be made into a seamless, endless shape with uniform overall thickness and voids, making it suitable as a filter cloth for high-pressure dewatering machines for papermaking sludge, sewage sludge, etc., and as a scraper. Since the gap can be easily adjusted, the treated cake can be effectively peeled off, helping to overcome the problems of conventional filter cloths mentioned above, and maintaining excellent filtration performance for a long time. .
