- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定物が発生する磁界を測定するための装置
であつて、 前記被測定物に非接触で、かつ、該被測定物に
対して、ＸＹの二次元方向に走査される近磁界セ
ンサと、 前記近磁界センサの出力に基づいて、前記被測
定物の磁界強度分布を表示する表示手段とを備え
ることを特徴とする磁界測定装置。
