    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 多層のプリント基板が載置されるテーブルと、
    このプリント基板に接続される電源と、前記プリ
    ント基板の表面を走査してこのプリント基板表面
    の磁界を検知する磁気センサと、この磁気センサ
    の出力信号を処理して磁界強度の最大箇所を検出
    する信号処理手段と、この信号処理手段の出力信
    号により磁界強度の最大箇所を示す報知手段とよ
    り構成されていることを特徴とするプリント基板
    の検査装置。
