Towed vehicles towed by aircraft or helicopters (hereinafter referred to as mother aircraft) are widely used for military purposes to carry magnetic detectors. by the way,
A magnetic detector detects changes in the earth's magnetic field, and is an extremely effective device for discovering submarines. However, it is a sensor that uses optical magnetic resonance to detect changes in the surrounding magnetic field, and is sensitive to noise, etc. It is extremely critical to external disturbances. Therefore, it is mounted on a towed vehicle that is towed by a mother aircraft so that it is not affected by noise generated by the mother aircraft. Since its function is originally to detect magnetic fields, it must be ensured that it is not affected by disturbances in the earth's magnetic field caused by the mother machine itself, and from this point of view, it is preferable to operate it as far away from the mother machine as possible. Also, of course, materials that would disturb the earth's magnetic field cannot be used in the towing vehicle itself. Therefore, towing bodies are usually constructed only of non-magnetic materials such as various plastic materials and beryllium-copper alloys.

In the figure, 1 is the main body of the towing vehicle in which a magnetic detector (not shown) is housed, and 2 is a cable that electrically connects the mother aircraft and the towing vehicle, as well as a cable for towing the towing vehicle by the mother aircraft. , 3 is a stabilizer for keeping the flight attitude of the towed vehicle horizontal, 4

る。 The shape of the stabilizer 3 is determined by the aerodynamic characteristics of the towed vehicle, and its outer diameter (A in FIG. 2) is generally much larger than the outer diameter of the main body (B in FIG. 2). by the way,
The main body 1 in which the magnetic detector is housed needs to be protected from external magnetic fields when not in use, and is usually housed in a container made of magnetically shielding material (for example, permalloy). here,
If the main body 1 and the stabilizer 3 were to be stored in a container while being integrated, the container would be very large and difficult to handle. For this reason, it is required to be able to separate the main body 1 and the stabilizer 3 except during operation, and they are fastened together using fasteners 4.

The conventional towing vehicle described above has the following problems. In short, there is a problem with the durability of the fastener. In the conventional fastener shown in FIG. 3, the prevention of loosening relies on the frictional resistance of the threaded portion, and when the threaded portion wears out due to repeated use, the reliability of the fastening is significantly reduced. Even if the threaded portion wears out, the frictional force of the threaded portion can be compensated to some extent by the action of the coil spring, but this also has a limit due to the number of times it can be attached and detached. Moreover, it is extremely difficult to check dimensionally how much wear has occurred; generally, the torque is monitored during tightening, and the timing of fastener replacement is managed based on the degree of decrease in torque. The reality is that Needless to say, since such management is required, the work of connecting the main body and the stabilizer becomes extremely inefficient. Now, as mentioned earlier, a towed vehicle is operated by being towed by a mother aircraft and flying through the air. Therefore, if a situation occurs in which the fastener comes off during operation, the stabilizer may fall, resulting in a major disaster.
From the above background, there is a strong desire for a fastener mechanism that has a reliable fall-off prevention function and is easy to attach and detach.

The fastener mechanism according to this invention has a cylindrical first round hole parallel to the axial direction in the center, and a first round hole having a larger outer diameter than the first round hole at one end.
A stud is formed with a female threaded portion, and has a second male threaded portion having a larger outer diameter than the first female threaded portion at the other end, and is inserted into a mounting hole provided in the first fastened object. On the other hand, the second object to be fastened has a second female threaded part formed at one end that is compatible with the second male threaded part, and the other end is formed with the second female threaded part that matches the second male threaded part.
A second round hole having an inner diameter smaller than that of the round hole is provided, and at least two or more slotted grooves are provided therein, and a receptacle made of a material having spring properties is attached to the inside of the stand. has a first male threaded part at one end that fits with the first female threaded part, and a groove part perpendicular to the axial direction is formed on the outer periphery of the other end, and the outer diameter of the central part is equal to the first male threaded part. A lock pin is inserted that fits into the round hole of No. 1.

In this invention, the end face of the receptacle provided with the slotted groove is pushed apart by the lock pin and simultaneously fits into the groove of the lock pin. Therefore, the lock pin is securely fixed to the receptacle so as not to come off in the axial direction, and ultimately a reliable mechanism for preventing loosening between the stud and the receptacle can be realized.

3 is a second fastened object (in this embodiment, it is a stabilizer of a towing vehicle, hereinafter referred to as a stabilizer); 6
is a stud, 8 is a receptacle, and 10 is a lock pin. The stud 6 has a cylindrical first part inside.
A round hole 11 is provided at one end, and a first female screw portion 1 having a larger outer diameter than the first round hole 11 is provided at one end.
A second male threaded portion 13 having an outer diameter larger than that of the second male screw portion 2 is provided, and is inserted into a mounting hole 14 of the main body 1. On the other hand, a receptacle 8 having a second female threaded portion 15 compatible with the second male threaded portion 13 at one end is attached to the stabilizer 3 with a rivet 16. A second round hole 17 having an inner diameter smaller than the first round hole 11 of the stud 6 is provided at the other end of the receptacle 8, and four holes parallel to the axial direction are provided.
Two slotted grooves 18 are provided. Further, a lock pin 10 is inserted into the cylindrical first round hole 11 of the stud 6. One end of the lock pin 10 is provided with a groove 19 perpendicular to the axial direction, and the other end is formed with a first male thread 20 that engages with the first female thread 12 of the stud 6. Here, the lock pin 10 pushes apart the end 21 of the receptacle 8 where the slotted groove 18 is provided. The end portion 21 that has been pushed out as described above fits into the groove portion 19 of the lock pin 10, and prevents the lock pin 10 itself and the stud 6 from coming off in the axial direction (direction D in FIG. 1a). . Note that the receptacle 8 must always apply a compressive force to the lock pin 10 at its end 21. Therefore, the material of the receptacle 8 must have spring properties. For example, beryllium copper alloy is extremely convenient because it has spring properties and is a non-magnetic material. This is because, as mentioned earlier, materials that disturb the earth's magnetic field (that is, magnetic materials) cannot be used in towing vehicles equipped with magnetic detectors.

ものなのである。 As explained above, in the fastener mechanism according to this invention, loosening of the stud 6 is prevented by the action of the lock pin 10 pushing the end portion 21 of the receptacle 8 apart. That is, as in the conventional case, the second male threaded portion 13 and the second female threaded portion 1
Since the fastener mechanism does not rely on frictional resistance between the fastener and the fastener 5, it is possible to provide a fastener mechanism with excellent durability and a loosening prevention function. As mentioned above, such a fastener mechanism is extremely useful as a means for connecting the stabilizer to the main body of a towed vehicle towed by a mother aircraft.
