【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は磁気ヘツドに係り、さらに詳しくは磁
気ヘツド素体をケースに組込んで構成される磁気

第2図に示す。両図において符号1で示すものは

開口部1aから磁気ヘツド素体2が嵌合される。
磁気ヘツド素体2はリング状の磁気コア2aを有
し、その先端間には磁気ギヤツプを形成する為の
非磁性スペーサ3が嵌合されている。リング状磁
気コア2aの後端部には、コイル4が巻回された
コイルボビン5が固定される。コイルボビン5は
その一端に外部端子6が一体的に埋設されてい
る。このような構造を有する磁気ヘツド素体2は
例えば山型状に屈曲された非磁性材料から成る板
ばね7を重ねて、前記ケース1の後端開口部1a
から挿入され、液状合成樹脂を注入して硬化さ
せ、ケース1と一体化させる。そして第2図に示
すようにケース1の側面に形成された嵌合部1b
中にテープガイド8を嵌合固定させて磁気ヘツド

るケース1(電気絶縁体)が静電気を帯びてしま

に屈曲された板ばね部10cが一体的に形成され
ている。このような構造を有する金属板10を磁
気ヘツド素体2とともにケース1の後端開口部1
aから嵌合させ、樹脂を注入して硬化させて一体
化させる。合成樹脂から成るケース1は第4図に
示すようにその先端に形成された磁気コア2aが
臨まされる開口部1dの上方に前記金属板10の
先端側の突出部10aが臨まされる切欠部1eが
形成されており、この切欠部1e中に突出部10
