Claims (1)
- 内部リードとダイパツド部が一体的に構成され
た平板部、この平板部に連続して互に分離配列さ
れた複数の外部リードを備え、上記外部リードに
絶縁材料をコーテイングすると共に上記内部リー
ドと上記外部リードのみメツキを施したことを特
徴とするリードフレーム。
