- モータによつて駆動される第一の軸と、前記第

前記第一の軸に沿つて往復運動を行うテーブルと
、前記テーブルに搭載されて前記第一の軸と直交
して配設された第二の軸と、前記第二の軸の先端
部に設けられたカムと、前記カムと係合する溝カ
ムと、前記溝カムの両端部に設けられて前記溝カ
ムの前記第一の軸に対する傾斜角を設定する溝カ
ム調節機構とを備えることを特徴とする２軸直交
座標形ロボツト。
