Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 食肉塊を複数の肉板に切断加工するための第一
    切断手段と、該第一切断手段の肉送り方向に並べ
    て配され前記肉板を肉杆に切断加工するための第
    二切断手段と、該第二切断手段の肉送り方向に離
    間して配され前記肉杆を短巾に切断するための回
    転刃を具え、前記第一切断手段は、駆動モーター
    に連結された第一駆動プーリーと、上下方向に複
    数個並べて配された第一従動プーリーと、前記第
    一駆動プーリーおよび第一従動プーリーに掛巻さ
    れ前記食肉塊の送路に配されたエンドレス型第一
    切断刃とから構成され、前記第二切断手段は、前
    記送路の横側に配された第二駆動プーリーと、前
    記第一駆動プーリーの下側で水平方向に複数個並
    べて配された第二従動プーリーと、前記第二駆動
    プーリーおよび第二従動プーリーに掛巻され前記
    食肉塊の送路に配されたエンドレス型第二切断刃
    とから構成されたことを特徴とする食肉の角切り
    装置。
