A vehicle seat characterized by being equipped with a moving device. 8. A vehicle seat that is installed in a repositionable manner on a floor rail laid on the cabin floor and having a plurality of insertion holes and a retaining edge alternately provided in the upper end opening, the lower end of the legs having the above-mentioned A vehicle seat comprising: a retaining stud that slides freely into a floor rail from a fitting hole and engages with the retaining edge; and a fixing stud that fits into the insert hole and engages with the retaining edge; A fixing and unfixing device is attached to the stud, which drives the fixing stud downward to fit into the fitting hole of the floor rail, and drives the fixing stud upward to remove it from the fitting hole; 1. A vehicle seat, characterized in that the vehicle seat is equipped with a seat moving device that moves the vehicle seat by driving a plurality of hooks in the direction of the floor rail and sequentially hooking them into the fitting holes. 9. The vehicle seat according to claim 8, wherein the locking and unlocking device is an electromagnetic solenoid. 10. The vehicle seat according to claim 8, wherein the retaining stud is provided with a tightening drive device for tightening and fixing the retaining stud to the retaining edge of the floor rail.
