で移動させられ、その前輪を曲り板の曲り半径R
に合せて調整し、しかも、倣いローラ4は壁面に
密着して転動するようにマグネツトになつてい
る。したがつて、一回の溶接では、前輪の走行角
度θを固定してあるので、一定の曲率でしか倣う
ことができず、複合曲率の曲り溶接は不可能であ
つた。また、この自動溶接装置は既製品であり、
かなり高価であるために実用的ではないなどの欠
点があつた。

接線方向に向かせ、複合曲率の溶接を自在に行な
うことができるなどの効果を奏する。
