Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve fixing strength by a method wherein before a fluid material injected in a bag body id foamed and cured, the fluid material percolates the outer surface side of the bag body to form a foamed adhered cured layer on the outer surface of the bag body, and the surface of the cured layer is adhered to a plate material and the inner surface of a mounting groove. CONSTITUTION:A foaming curable fluid material is injected in a bag body 3. Before the fluid material is cured, the bag bodies 3 are inserted between the two outer surfaces of a plate material 1 and two inner surfaces of a mounting groove 2. A part of the fluid material oozes from the inside to the outside of the bag body 3 and is foamed and cured to form a foamed adhered cured layer 4 throughout the whole of the outer surface of the bag body 3. Further, the surface of the cured layer 4 is adhered in a state to press it against the plate material 1 and the inner surface of the mounting groove 2, and the plate material 1 is secured to the mounting groove 2.

(Prior art) Conventionally, as a method of fixing this type of plate material to the mounting groove, the method described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 117968/1987 is known, and the method described in this publication is a non-permeable A fixing member in which a base material and a curing agent are sealed separately and sealed together is used inside a bag made of synthetic resin, etc., and during construction, the fixing member is attached to the inner surface of the mounting groove. The base material and the curing agent are placed between the base material and the hardening agent fitted in the mounting groove, and the fixing member is pressed to destroy the boundary between the base material and the hardening agent inside the bag. To provide a fixing method in which a curing agent is mixed with a curing agent and foamed, and the plate material is fixed in the mounting groove by the centered pressing force of the fixing member against the plate material. There is a particular thing.

問題があった。
(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, the above fixing method uses a fixing member in which a base material and a curing agent are sealed inside a bag made of non-permeable synthetic resin. Therefore, even if the base material and the curing agent are mixed and foamed during construction, the foamed mixture of the base material and the curing agent will not ooze out from the inside of the bag. The foaming mixture does not directly contribute to the bonding between the plate material and the mounting groove, and the plate material is fixed in the mounting groove by the pressing force of the fixing member against the plate material. There was a problem in that the plate material was not sufficiently fixed to the mounting groove by the fixing member, and the fixing strength was weak.

(Function) When fixing the plate material (1) to the mounting groove (2), a foamed hardening fluid (C) made by mixing a base material (A) and a hardening agent (B) is applied to the bag body (3). inject into the inside of the bag (3
) is interposed between the plate material (1) and the mounting groove (2) to prevent the plate material (1) and the mounting groove (2) of the bag body (3) from forming as the fluid (C) foams. The plate material (
1) is fixed to the mounting groove (2), but on the other hand,
Since the bag (3) is made of a material that allows the fluid (C) to permeate, a portion of the fluid (C) is absorbed into the bag (3) before the fluid (C) foams and hardens. It exudes from the inside to the outside, and a foam adhesive hardening layer (
4) is formed and this hardens! ! (4) With this, the outer surface side of the bag (3) is integrally fixed to the plate material (1) and the mounting groove (2), respectively. Fixation is performed using the hardened layer (4
) is fixed by the adhesive action on the plate material (1) and the mounting groove (2), and the pressing action of the bag body (3) due to the foaming of the fluid (C).
1) is firmly fixed to the mounting groove (2).

By the way, since the bag (3) is made of Japanese paper or the like that allows the fluid (C) to permeate, a portion of the bag (3) is absorbed into the bag before the fluid (C) foams and hardens. (3) oozes out from the inside to the outside, and a foamed adhesive hardened layer (4) of a predetermined thickness is formed by foaming and hardening of the fluid (C) on the entire outer surface of the bag (3), and this hardened layer (4) Accordingly, the outer circumferential surface of the bag body (3) is integrally fixed with adhesive to the plate material (1) and the mounting groove (2), respectively. In other words, the mounting of the plate material (1) is Fixation to the groove (2) is achieved not only by the suppressing action of the bag (3) due to the foaming of the fluid (C), but also by the hardening layer (3) formed on the outer surface of the bag (3).
The bonding action on the plate material (1) and the mounting groove (2) in 4) is performed in combination, and therefore, the mounting groove (2)
) The plate material (1) is firmly fixed to the plate (1). Moreover, the said hardening J! J (4) is formed over a predetermined thickness by foaming and hardening of the fluid (C) exuded from the bag body (3), and has extremely excellent rigidity.
The hardened layer (4) acts as an aggregate to form the plate material (1).
), and therefore, the bending tensile strength and impact resistance of the plate material (1) are significantly strengthened.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, in the method of fixing a plate material to a mounting groove according to the present invention, a foamed curable fluid (C) consisting of a base (A) and a curing agent (B), Using a bag (3) that allows penetration of the fluid (C) and has excellent toughness, the fluid (C) is injected into the bag (3), and the bag (3) between the inner surface of the plate mounting groove (2) and the mounting groove (
2) The fluid (C) is inserted between the bag and the plate material (1) fitted in the bag, and the fluid (C) is placed in the bag before being foamed and hardened by the reaction between the base (A) and the curing agent (B). A foamed adhesive cured layer (4) is formed on the outer surface of the bag body (3) by infiltrating the outer surface of the bag body (3), and the surface of this cured layer (4) is attached to the plate material (1) and the mounting groove (2). ) by adhering it to the inner surface of the board (1) in a compressed manner.
Since it is fixed in the mounting groove (2), the plate material (
1) to the mounting groove (2), the hardened layer (4)
This can be achieved by the adhesive action on the plate material (1) and the mounting groove (2), and the pressing action on the bag body (3) due to the foaming of the fluid (C). Board material (
1) and the mounting groove (2) by increasing the adhesive strength between the plate material (1) and the mounting groove (2).
It has now become possible to securely and firmly fix the mounting groove (2) in step 1).

Moreover, the hardened layer (4) is formed over a predetermined thickness by foaming and hardening of the fluid (C) exuded from the bag (3), and has extremely high rigidity. 4) becomes aggregate and forms the plate material (1).
Therefore, the bending tensile strength and impact resistance of the plate material (1) can be significantly strengthened.
