In the conventional method, the fixing tool 9' is not exposed on the front side and the appearance is good, but since it is fixed to the base material 10 only by the metal plate 2 on the back side, the metal plate 1.2 and Insulation material 3
There was a problem in that the front metal plate 1 would peel off and fall off due to negative pressure from the wind over time due to insufficient adhesion with the metal plate. In addition, construction was required from the back side, requiring a sole foot base, which required time and effort. For this reason, the present inventor has already attached the fixing tool 9 to the base material 1 from the fixing part 6 on the surface side of the heat insulating panel A'', as shown in FIG.
0 and fix it, cover the fixing part 6 with the cover part 5 of the adjacent insulating panel A'' to hide the fixing tool 9, and then attach the insulating panel A.
In this structure, the fixing tool 9 is covered by the cover part 5 and is not exposed on the front side, so it fits well and can be installed from the front side. Although it has excellent workability, it is vulnerable to external forces, such as the cover part 5 getting caught and breaking, and its impact resistance being poor.In addition, the cover wS5 and the fixing part are separated from the joint part 17. There is a problem in that wind enters between the joints 17 and 6, causing the joints to become stuck, resulting in poor insulation properties, and rainwater entering through the joints 17 and rising. The present invention was made in order to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to allow construction from the front side, to have excellent workability, to have a good appearance, and to have resistance to external forces. An object of the present invention is to provide a joint structure of heat insulating panels that does not allow rainwater to enter or wind to enter, and a heat insulating panel that can be used in the joint structure.
