用の孔を形成してそこへ固着具を埋込む方が作業
上有利である。固着具は部材に喰込んで充分な強
度で固定されるように外側周面にローレツト状そ
の他の凹凸を設けるのが普通であり、熱可塑性の
合成樹脂の成形品からなる部材の孔に埋込むとき
は超音波振動を与え摩擦熱を発生させるか、また
は電流を通じ電気抵抗熱を発生させるなどによつ
て孔の周囲を軟化させて埋込み、凹凸を互いに喰
込ませることができるが、熱硬化性の合成樹脂の
成形品からなる部材の場合は加熱しても溶融しな
いので、孔の周囲を加熱軟化して埋込み流動状態
の合成樹脂が再び冷却固化したとき互いに喰込ま
せるということができない。
