Claims (1)
- ランプヒータを熱源とし、その上方を透光性を
有するトツププレートで覆つて、該トツププレー
ト上に置いた被加熱物を加熱調理するようにした
ものにあつて、前記ランプヒータに対し有効なフ
アン装置を設けると共に、前記トツププレートの
温度を検知する温度検知装置を設け、この温度検
知装置による温度検知信号に基づいて、前記ラン
プヒータの断電後前記トツププレートの温度が所
定の温度に降下するまで、前記フアン装置を作動
させて前記ランプヒータ周囲の熱を機外に排出す
るようにしたことを特徴とする電気調理器。
