Claims (1)
- ランプヒータを熱源とし、その上方を透光性を
有するトツププレートで覆つて、該トツププレー
ト上に置いた被加熱物を加熱調理するようにした
ものにあつて、前記ランプヒータに対し、吸気ダ
クト及び排気ダクトを設けると共に、前記被加熱
物に加える熱量を減じるときに機外の空気を前記
吸気ダクトを通してランプヒータ部分に導き排気
ダクトを通して機外に排出することのできるフア
ン装置を設け、且つその吸気ダクトによる吸気路
及び排気ダクトによる排気路に前記被加熱物の加
熱調理を開始するときやその被加熱物に加える熱
量を増すときにそれらを閉塞することのできる開
閉装置を設けて成ることを特徴とする電気調理器
。
