Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はサンドウイツチ式保温パネルを大形の
冷蔵冷凍庫用建造物の構造材に固定する耐火断熱
支持装置に関する。

出願人は先に実開昭55−123788にて保温パネル
の支持用固定具を提案したが、キヤツプ頭がパネ
ル表面に露出する点、合成樹脂製の遮熱体が焼失
するとパネル支持力を減ずる点、及び付属工事し
て支持用固定具をパネルに取付けるための穴明け
作業を必要とした。本考案は上記の欠点を解消
し、現地作業性良好にして耐火性能及び断熱性能
を一層向上せしむることを目的としたものであ
る。

を説明する。第1図〜第3図に於て、その内部に
保温材6が充填され内外の外皮は鋼板1であるサ
ンドイツチ式保温パネルの、建造物の外壁を構成
する表面側のパネル端部1′の鋼板1の入隅角に
は山形鋼2が溶接又はねじ止めにて密着して固定
されている。尚、山形鋼のほかI形鋼や形鋼で
もよく、場所も入隅角でなくともパネル端部付近
であつてもよい。溶接手段は隅溶接でも表面に於
ける点溶接でも良い。3は鋼製よりなる連結ボル
トで其の中間には鍔3aが設けられ、先端にはね
じ部3bを有する。そして連結ボルト3の基部3
cは山形鋼2の裏面に溶接により立設している。
又連結ボルト3は金属材料中で熱伝導率の最も小
であるニツケルローム鋼が好ましい。

ルト径を変化させた段部や、ここまで螺子部を延
ばし、これに螺合したナツトに替えることもでき
る。

造物10側は、鋼製のブラケツト等を介して鋼製
の連結筒は建造物10に固着され、非耐火材とし
ては断熱スリーブ4aのみを介してパネル外皮1
と建造物は固着されているので、連結ボルト3に
て連結筒5に係止されている保温パネルは落下す
ることは無い。
