合成樹脂注入、硬化後には第2図に示すようにこ
の距離dの区間に合成樹脂の棒状体7が形成され
る。この棒状体7は型枠1で形成される合成樹脂
層8と一体的に形成され、また剛体は棒状体7に
対して垂直方向に脱型されるために、脱型に際し
て棒状体7は雌ねじ部材3の内面に突き当つて合
成樹脂層8からむしり取られる。すると合成樹脂
層8には凹部9が形成され、この凹部9は合成樹
