点検および金型の保守等の作業に使用する安全踏

射出成形機の型締装置部には作業者の安全をは

はないが、大型機で成形品が大きい場合は、安全
扉の内側すなわち固定ダイプレートと移動ダイプ
レートとの間に成形サイクル毎に作業者が入つて
成形品の取出しや点検などを行つている。この場
合の安全装置としては、安全扉のほかに、すでに
実公昭45−30624号で公知済であるように、固定
ダイプレートと移動ダイプレート間で型開閉時移
動ダイプレートの移動により、同移動プレートと
干渉しないように移動ダイプレートの下部中央に
踏板を設けて、所定重量がこの踏板に働くとリミ
ツトスイツチが作動し、型締回路を遮断し、その
状態で移動ダイプレートの動きをロツクして安全
を計つていた。この踏板の取付位置はタイバーよ
り低いため作業者は成形サイクル毎にタイバーを
またいで出入しなければならず、労力を要し作業
がやりにくかつた。このほかにも踏板の巾を最小
型厚寸法より小さくして金型下部に取付けた従来
装置もあるが、この場合は踏板広さが狭い上に、
金型の真下になるため非常に作業性が悪かつたな

し、作業性を良くして安全で安定した状態で楽に
成形品の取出し、点検および金型の保守等の作業
ができるようにするとともに、踏板をシリンダに
より移動させ始動時のシヨツクをなくし金型の開
閉時間を早めサイクルアツプを計る一方より短時
間に成形品が取出し得るようにした安全踏板装置

本考案の一実施例を第1図ないし第3図に基づ

操作側と反操作側よりアーム17をそれぞれ2個
立ち上がらせて、同アーム17の上部にタイバー
13の長手方向にリミツトスイツチ18の取付位
置を調整可能に取付けるための取付部材19と安
全踏板14の移動時にガイドをかねたレール20
とを固着し、リミツトスイツチ18と18aは前
記取付部材19上の2カ所、すなわち安全踏板1
4の前進限と後退限の位置で作動するように取付
けられている。前記安全踏板14はフレーム21
の上に踏板22を重ね合わせたもので、前記フレ
ーム21と踏板22の間に圧縮バネ23とリミツ
トスイツチ24が挿着されている。前記フレーム
21下部の操作側と反操作側に足25をそれぞれ
2個設けて、同足25にカムフロワ26を取付
け、同カムフロワ26は安全踏板14の全荷重を
受け前記レール20上を転がるようになつてい
る。またフレーム21の反操作側には、前記リミ
ツトスイツチ18と18aを作動させるドグ27
が取付けてある。さらに安全踏板14のフレーム
21の中央部(操作側と反操作側の中間)に安全
踏板14を移動させる油圧シリンダ15のロツド
28を連結するためのブラケツト29が下側に突
設され、同ブラケツト29の下端に前記油圧シリ
ンダ15のロツド28が連結されている。前記油
圧シリンダ15は固定ダイプレート11の中央下

のシヨツクをなくし円滑な移動ができる。そのた
め金型の開閉時間を早めサイクルアツプが計られ
る一方作業性が良くなるためより短時間に成形品
