促す為の音声又はトーン等を送出する。そして、この音
声又はトーン等に従って送られて来たセカンドダイヤル
信号により移動局の着呼呼出しを行うとともに、上記空
通話チャンネルを割当てる事によって着呼接続を行なう
。この為、加入者が長時間移動局を離れ、オフィス等別
の場所にいる場合等、移動局からの応答がおこり得ない
時でも通話チャンネルを専有し、発呼者が呼出しを断念
