皆無であるといつても過言ではなく、一般家庭に
おけるテレビやピアノ等の音は近隣騒音として問
題となつている。而して、都市における騒音公害
の多くは急増した自動車等の乗物から出される騒
音によるものであり、工場に近接した居住地域に
おける騒音公害は工場から出される作業音による
ものである。

成ゴム又はガラス繊維による基材の片面又は両面
に積層されて成ることを特徴とするものである。
