(イ) 発明の分野
本発明は、冷気の循環路に加湿用の水皿を配置

ると乾燥して、スポンジがパサついたり或いはク
リームが固くなつたりして風味を損うことにな
る。そのため従来より冷気の循環路に散水管等が
水分を噴霧するシヨーケースが提示されている
が、シヨーケース内が加湿されると冷却器に霜が
付きやすく頻繁に除霜を行なわなければならなく

第1図は本発明に依るシヨーケースの斜視図、
第2図は側断面図を示しており、基台5上に夫々
透明な前壁6と一対の側壁7,8と天壁9とが配
置され、後背部には引き違いの扉10,11が形
成されて、庫内には側壁7,8に装架される陳列
棚12が配置されている。そして基台5内部の基
板13上には冷却器1が配置されて、前壁6と庫
内底板14との間に形成される吸込口15と冷却
器1の間には冷却用フアン16が設けられ、また
庫内底板14と扉10,11の間には吐出口17
を設けて矢印で示す冷気の循環路を形成してい
る。更に冷却器1の後方即ち風下側の基板13の
上方には水皿2が配置されており、水皿2は電磁
弁18により制御される導水管3にて給水され
る。また水皿2は加湿用ヒータ19を備えて、図
示しないサーモスタツトにより水の蒸発量を調節
するものである。そして冷却器1の前方即ち風上
側にはドレン排水口4を設けており、水皿2より
の溢水は基板13を傾斜することで形成した流水
路を伝つてドレン排水口4へ流入するようになつ

び冷凍装置が駆動すると共に、水皿2の残留水に
よる加湿しながらの冷却動作となる。電磁弁18
は除霜用タイマーにて所定時刻毎に一定時間開く
ようにしてもよく、また任意の除霜指令にて始動
するタイマーにて一定時間開くようにしてもよ
