In some cases, they could get into the decks and hit drivers' feet, causing discomfort.

We are proposing a structure for a rising part on the side of a hull of a vehicle made of synthetic resin, which is molded and integrally joined so that it slopes downward toward the periphery of the hull. Its structure is that of a synthetic resin water vehicle that is made up of two pieces: an upper hull mainly consisting of a deck part molded from FRP material, and a lower hull mainly comprising a bottom part molded from FRP material. At least the upper surface of the rising part on the side of the hull from the how part of the hull is configured to slope downward as it approaches the periphery of the hull. By adopting the above configuration, an inclined surface is formed so that the upper surface and the outer surface of the rising part on the hull 4p1 side from the how part of the upper hull are made into the periphery of the hull, and the inclined surface is inclined downward as the distance increases. The surface always removes water moving backward along the inclined surface during forward movement to the outside, thereby reducing the risk of water invading into the driver's seat.

If we try to apply this configuration to the above proposal, the flange portion is formed to slope downward toward the end. It is necessary to ensure that the adhesive is applied, and vIv is required to apply the adhesive, resulting in poor workability, and there may be disadvantages such as misalignment along the inclined surface between both flanges.

This was done in view of the above circumstances, and the first objective is to provide a synthetic resin water vehicle in which the upper hull is joined to the lower hull using adhesive, etc., and its composition is FRP. In a synthetic resin water vehicle that is made by joining and integrating two pieces: an upper hull mainly consisting of a deck part molded from material and a lower hull mainly comprising a bottom part molded from FRP material, the outer circumference of the above-mentioned 7 Nova hull The -F plane shape of the provided flange portion is configured to be inclined downward as it approaches the periphery, and both joint surfaces of the flange portions provided on the outer periphery of both hulls are configured to be substantially horizontal with respect to the baseline, or A groove is formed in a part or all of the joint surfaces of the flange parts provided on the outer periphery of the lower hull, or a groove is fitted into a part or all of the joint surfaces of the flange parts provided on the outer periphery of both hulls. The top surface of the flange provided on the outer periphery of the upper hull is configured to be inclined downward as it approaches the periphery, and both joint surfaces of the flange provided on the outer periphery of both hulls are formed on the periphery. The groove is formed so as to be inclined upward as the width increases, or a groove is formed in part or all of the joint surface of the flange provided on the outer periphery of the lower hull.

A protrusion 8' is formed on the innermost side of the joint 3b of the upper hull 3, and by engaging the protrusion 8' with the inside of the lower joint surface 2b, the joint when the two hulls 2.3 are combined is This is intended to simplify the joining work by eliminating misalignment between 2b and 3b.

This is intended to simplify the joining work by eliminating misalignment of the joining surfaces 2b and 3b when the two hulls 2.3 are joined together. In addition, when the bonding surface is directed upward toward the periphery, the force received from the surface of the lower hull 2 becomes a force directed toward the inside of the boat, making it easier to position the upper hull 3 when joining. In this case, the application surface will still be a sloped surface, but if the groove is provided on the joint surface 2b of the lower hull 2, the adhesive can be easily secured.

In the vehicle, the upper surface shape of the flange provided on the outer periphery of the upper hull is configured to be inclined downward as it approaches the periphery, and both joint surfaces of the flange provided on the outer periphery of both hulls are used as a base. It is configured approximately horizontally to the line, and the configuration is i;
1. Since grooves are formed in part or all of the joint surfaces of the flanges provided on the outer periphery of the lower hull, the external shape of the flanges of both hulls can be maintained gracefully, while the adhesive present on both joint surfaces can be applied to the flanges. It does not flow towards the periphery of the area.
Adhesive can be secured on both joint surfaces. Or Ai
Forming a part or all of the joint surfaces of the flange parts provided on the outer periphery of both hulls to form uneven parts that fit into each other, or making both the joint surfaces of the flange parts provided on the outer periphery of both hulls face the periphery. Since it is formed so as to be inclined upward according to the above, it is possible to easily position the two hulls when joining them, and improve the joining work efficiency. Further, both joint surfaces of the flange portions provided on the outer periphery of both hulls are formed so as to be inclined upward as they face the edge, and part or all of the joint surfaces of the flange portions provided on the outer periphery of the lower hull are Since the concave groove is formed in the groove, it has various excellent effects such as making it easy to secure the adhesive even if the surface to which the adhesive is applied is inclined.
