対の励起用電極膜を形成してなる圧電素子を表面
実装型容器に収納した構造の圧電波器において
、前記容器内の容器面と前記圧電素子との間に、
絶縁材料からなつて前記圧電素子を支える一体型
支持部材を設けたことを特徴とする圧電波器。
