Claims (1)
- 厚み振動を行う圧電板と、一端に前記圧電板を
挟持するサポートと、このサポートの他端を固着
する支持体と、これらを収容する容器とを備える
圧電振動子であつて、前記サポートは導電体であ
り、前記支持体は絶縁物質の直方体状平面板の薄
板であつてその両端部に導電体の穴部を有し、前
記圧電板を前記サポートの一端に挟持した部分を
接着する導電性接着剤と、前記支持体の穴部に前
記サポートの他端をさし込んだ部分を接着する導
電性接着剤とを有してなることを特徴とする圧電
振動子。
