Biaxially stretched bottles made of saturated polyester resin have recently been used as bottles for beer and the like. Although the bottle is thin, it has excellent strength and gas barrier properties, does not leak solvent, and has a significantly lower calorific value when burned than other synthetic resins, so it is less likely to damage an incinerator. However, as bottles become larger and the storage capacity increases, the rigidity of the bottle body is lost. The bottle becomes difficult to hold,
Furthermore, since the bottom of the bottle is bulged downward in a spherical shape to increase the biaxial stretching ratio, it becomes difficult to stand the bottle upright.

In order to eliminate these defects, it is possible to reinforce the body of the bottle, add a handle, and fit a stem to the bottom of the bottle, but these require a certain degree of rigidity, so they are thin. It is difficult to make it from saturated polyester resin without changing it due to the cost.
If it is made of other synthetic resin, the features of the bottle body described above will be lost.

The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the above-mentioned bottle body without impairing its features. The embodiments shown in Figures 1 and 2 will be explained below.1 is a biaxially stretched bottle body made of saturated polyester resin. A trunk 3 is erected from the periphery of a bottom wall 2 which is formed to bulge downward in a spherical shape, and a mouth and neck part is erected from the upper end of the trunk via a shoulder 4. A cap 5 is screwed onto the mouth and neck. A downward step 6 may be formed between the upper end of the body and the shoulder.

The cylinder portion 8 of the paper cylinder 7 is fitted onto the outer surface of the body. The paper tube is made of paper or synthetic paper, and has a calorific value lower than or equal to that of saturated polyester resin during combustion. The calorie burn of saturated polyester resin is approximately 5500 Kcal/Kg, and that of paper is approximately 5,500 Kcal/Kg.
It is 4500-5000Kcal/Kg. The upper end of the cylindrical portion is engaged with the above-mentioned downward step 6, and the lower end of the cylindrical portion is wound inwardly so that its lower end surface 9 serves as a ground surface for raising the bottle body. The central lower surface of the bottom wall 2 of the bottle body may be located on the same plane as the lower end surface of the cylinder and serve as a ground plane, or may be located above the ground plane. The cylindrical part and the body of the bottle body are joined with adhesive.

A handle 10 is formed in a part of the paper cylinder. The handle is formed so as to be able to be pulled up by a separation line on the cylinder wall of the paper cylinder and a bent line provided between the ends of the separation line. In the illustrated example, two first separation lines 11, 11 are provided vertically at a constant interval from slightly below the upper end of the cylinder part to slightly above the lower end of the cylinder part, and the cylinder wall between these first separation lines is provided. Grip plate part 12
, and by providing a substantially U-shaped second separation line 13 on the cylindrical wall near the lower end of the grip plate, an upright plate portion 14 is formed between the line and the lower portion of the grip plate. ing. The upright plate portion has a substantially concave shape, and a second separation line forms a horizontal line portion below the concave shape portion and a line portion rising upward from both ends of the horizontal line portion. The upper end of the second separation line located above the lower end of the first separation line, and the first line portion 1 extending horizontally from both upper ends of these lines toward the first separation line portion.
5, 15, and a second line portion 16 connecting the lower ends of the two first separation lines are formed by a bent line. A first separation line portion between both ends of the second line portion 16 and the first line portions 15, 15 forms a part of the concave-shaped portion. It is preferable to provide bending lines 17 and 18 at the upper end of the gripping plate and slightly below the upper end to make the gripping plate easier to grip. In addition, notches 19, 19 are provided in the cylindrical wall of the cylindrical portion on both sides of the intermediate portion of the gripping plate portion to facilitate placing fingers on the gripping plate portion.

In the above configuration, when the grip plate part 12 is pulled outward, as shown in FIG.
5 and 16 are bent, and the upright plate part 14 stands up, and a gap is formed between the grip plate part and the cylinder part for inserting a finger, so that the handle can be gripped.

The second embodiment shown in FIG.
An example is shown in which these are formed on both the upper and lower ends of the grip plate portion 12, respectively. By doing so, both the upper and lower ends of the grip plate part are pulled out as both the upright plate parts stand up, making it easy to form a gap between the grip plate part and the cylindrical part.

The present invention has the above structure, and since the cylindrical part of the paper cylinder is fitted onto the outer surface of the body of the saturated polyester resin bottle body, even though the bottle body is a biaxially stretched bottle and is thin, the body is reinforced to provide sufficient rigidity for handling the bottle, and since the lower end surface of the cylinder is a ground plane, even if the bottom wall of the bottle body is formed into a spherical bulge, there is no problem in standing the bottle up. Since the handle is formed as a part of the cylinder, it is easy to hold even if the bottle becomes large. In addition, the bottle body 1 can be made of saturated polyester resin, and the paper cylinder 7 can be made of paper alone or without paper. Since they are used together with other materials and formed respectively, their burned calories (approximately 5500kcal/Kg for saturated polyester resin, 4500-5000kcal/Kg for paper)
Kg) can be significantly lowered compared to the combustion calories of general synthetic resins (for example, 11,000 kcal/Kg for polyethylene). Therefore, even if the entire bottle is disposed of and incinerated, there will be no damage to the incinerator, and conventional Furthermore, there is no toxic gas generated during incineration, and even if some general synthetic resin material is used in a part of the paper cylinder, the amount of toxic gas generated is extremely small and does not cause any pollution. Further, since the handle 10 is formed so as to be able to be pulled up by the separation line on the cylinder wall of the paper cylinder and the bent line provided between the ends of the separation line, it is extremely easy to form the handle, and the handle can be pulled up easily. Consumers can do this when using the bottle.
The bottle distribution stage can be carried out without bending the above-mentioned bending line, that is, with the back side of the grip plate 12 in contact with the body of the bottle body, so the handle will not be an obstacle at all during the distribution stage. .

更に把手10両側の筒部8筒壁部分に、切欠き

Furthermore, since notches 19, 19 are formed in the cylindrical wall portions of the cylindrical portion 8 on both sides of the handle 10, it is easy to hook the handle with a finger and pull it up.
