出形成させてあつても壜起立に支障を来すことが
なく、把手部10を筒部の一部に形成させたから
壜が大形化しても持ち易く、紙筒7は紙だけで、
或いは紙を他のものと共に使用しているからその
燃焼カロリーを一般の合成樹脂に比べて著しく低
下させることが出来、よつて飽和ポリエステル樹
脂製の壜本体と共に廃棄焼却しても焼却炉を損傷
するようなことが全くなく、従つて又燃焼時に発
生する有毒ガスもなく、一部に一般の合成樹脂材
を多少使用したとしても発生する有毒ガスは極め
て微量であつて公害の原因となることはない。更
に把手部10は紙筒7の筒壁に対する切離し線
と、該切離し線間に設けられた屈折線とで引起こ
し可能に形成させたから、把手の形成が極めて容
易であると共に、その把手引起こしは消費者が壜
使用の際に行えばよく、壜流通段階では上記屈折
線を屈折させない状態で、つまり握持板部13の
裏面が壜本体胴部に接するまゝの状態で行えばよ
いからその流通段階等で把手が邪魔となることは
全くない。更に極めて肉薄の壜体補強のため、紙
筒7の肉厚を大としてその剛性を大とすることと
なるが、このように形成された紙筒7の握持板部
13を、その両側に設けた切欠き20,20を用
いて引出すことは、握持板部13がその剛性によ
り撓み難く、又それ等切欠き内面側を壜壁が閉塞
するため握持板部分を持ち難く、更に切離し線1
1の切断面が互いに接しているため摩擦抵抗によ
り紙筒から握持板部13が離れ難く、よつて極め
て困難となるが、本案では起立板部14引起こし
のための指掛け用切欠き18を第二切離し線15
の一部に接して紙筒7の筒壁部分に穿設したか
ら、その切欠き18を利用してまず起立板部14
を、第2屈折線16,16での屈折により第2図
のように外方へ折り起すことが出来、該折り起し
により起立板部14の上部底辺をなす第1屈折線
12も紙筒7の筒壁外方へ移動することとなつ
て、該第1屈折線12を一端とする握持板部13
端部も共に上記筒壁から離れて外方へ引出される
から、その後は引出された端部を持ち、更に外方
へ握持板部を引出せばよく、よつて第2図のよう
に把手部10を形成することが極めて容易であ
る。
