FIG. 1 shows a configuration diagram of a conventional heat storage tank with the front cover removed. Conventionally, the heat storage tank electrical component 12 has been installed in advance by attaching an electrical component fixing fitting 13 for fixing the heat storage tank electrical component 12 to the heat storage tank exterior body 1 using its fixing surface 13a.
It was fixed with screws on one side, and then fixed on the electrical component fixing fitting 13 with screws. In this case, since the electrical component fixing fittings 12 were only fixed in a cantilevered manner to the side surface of the heat storage tank exterior body 11, when strong vibrations are applied to the heat storage tank during transportation etc.
Since vibrations are easily transmitted to the heat storage tank electrical component 12, there may be problems with the fixing strength, such as loosening of the electrical component fixing section or applying unnatural force to the wiring section, which may result in incorrect wiring. Ta. Furthermore, since the heat storage tank electrical equipment section 12 is exposed and fixed, there is a risk that the heat storage tank electrical equipment section 12 may be damaged in the unlikely event that rainwater leaks.

Viewed from the front, there are multiple rod-shaped exterior reinforcing metal fittings that connect the front parts between the left and right side panels, electrical equipment fixing metal fittings installed between the multiple exterior body reinforcing metal fittings, and heat storage attached to the electrical equipment fixing metal fittings. The heat storage tank electrical equipment section is housed in a space at a front corner formed between the heat storage tank can body and the exterior body.

Even if strong vibrations are applied to the heat storage tank during wheel transportation, etc., the electrical equipment fixing parts are firmly fixed, so
This not only eliminates the risk of damage caused by loosening of the electrical component fixing portion or incorrect wiring of the heat storage tank electrical component wiring, but also alleviating the risk of deformation of the heat storage tank exterior body. Furthermore, by forming the electrical component fixing metal fitting into a box shape, even if rainwater leaks into the heat storage tank, the thermal storage tank electrical component will be protected by the electrical component fixing metal fitting.

Even if strong vibrations are applied to the heat storage tank during transportation, etc., the electrical component fixing parts are firmly fixed, so the electrical component fixing parts may come loose or the thermal storage tank electrical component wiring may be incorrectly wired. This not only has the effect of eliminating the risk of the above, but also reduces the risk of deformation of the heat storage tank exterior body. Furthermore, by making the electrical component fixing fittings box-shaped, even if rainwater leaks into the heat storage tank, the heat storage tank electrical component is protected from rainwater. Furthermore, by bending the end face of the outer case reinforcing metal fitting, the lead wire can be fixed to the bent portion without damaging it.
