【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は、自動車のラジエータの漏れおよびラ
ジエータキヤツプの開弁圧をチエツクするための
テスターに関する。

ラジエータは、エンジン内を循環する冷却液を
貯えておくタンク機能と同時に冷却液を冷やす役
目を果している。

車の進行および冷却用フアンの回転により空気
がラジエータのコアの間を通過し熱を奪い冷却す
る。冷却液は、熱で蒸発し減ることもあるが、ホ
ースの損傷あるいはジヨイント不良若しくはラジ
エータの腐食による漏れが原因で減ることがあ
る。冷却液が不足し冷却力がなくなるとオーバー
ヒートし、エンストなどを起してしまう。この冷
却液の漏れは、エンジン停止状態では生じなくと
も、エンジンをかけて圧力が上がると漏れ始める
場合があるので目視点検のみでは正確なチエツク
はできない。そのため加圧点検が必要である。

却液が冷えて負圧になると開弁し外気を吸引する
負圧弁(バキユームバルブ)とを有するキヤツプ
で蓋されており、ラジエータ内の圧力が常に一定
に保たれるようになつている。

換弁4を接続し、さらに電動モーターポンプ5と
の間に逆止弁6を介在させてある。

[考案の効果] 以上のように、本考案によれば、テスターに対
する試験対象キヤツプを取付ける際に各キヤツプ
の深さに応じた微妙な調整が必要であり、煩わし
かつた従来の器具にみられるような調整のし直し
が不要となり、また電動モーターを使用している
ことでバキユームバルブのチエツクも同じこのテ
スターでしかも計器にて行えるようになつたもの
である。
