シートにおける表面層、３：紙容器用積層シート
における裏面層、４：紙容器用積層シートにおけ
る中間層、５：紙容器用積層シート、６：注出具
が差し通される開口部、７：介装部材に形成され
ている易破断線、８：介装部材、ａ：介装部材に
おける表面層、ｂ：介装部材における裏面層、９
：注出具、１０：注出具９におけるフランジ部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ポリオレフイン系樹脂による表面層と、ガス
    バリヤー性層と紙層とを積層構成中に含む中間層
    と、ガラス転移温度が４０°Ｃ以上の線状飽和ポ
    リエステル樹脂による裏面層とを具備する紙容器
    用積層シートからなり、容器内周面層が前記積層
    シートによる裏面層で構成されている紙容器を形
    成するための紙容器用のブランク板において、前
    記ブランク板における所定の位置には、注出具を
    前記ブランク板に差し通すための開口部が形成さ
    れており、しかも、前記開口部には、線状飽和ポ
    リエステル樹脂による表面層と、ポリオレフイン
    系樹脂による裏面層とを具備する積層シートから
    なり、前記ブランク板における開口部の輪郭線に
    相応する位置に易破断線が形成されている介装部
    材が、前記開口部を閉塞するようにして接当され
    ており、かつ、前記ブランク板における開口部の
    周縁に沿つた部分で、該ブランク板における裏面
    層と前記介装部材の表面層との間の溶着能によつ
    て、前記ブランク板の裏面層に接着、固定されて
    いることを特徴とする注出具を具備する紙容器用
    のブランク板。 ２ ポリオレフイン系樹脂による表面層と、ガス
    バリヤー性層と紙層とを積層構成中に含む中間層
    と、エチレン−ビニルアルコール系共重合体樹脂
    による裏面層とを具備する紙容器用積層シートか
    らなり、容器内周面層が前記積層シートによる裏
    面層で構成されている紙容器を形成するための紙
    容器用のブランク板において、前記ブランク板に
    おける所定の位置には、注出具を前記ブランク板
    に差し通すための開口部が形成されており、しか
    も、前記開口部には、エチレン−ビニルアルコー
    ル系共重合体樹脂による表面層と、ポリオレフイ
    ン系樹脂による裏面層とを具備する積層シートか
    らなり、前記ブランク板における開口部の輪郭線
    に相応する位置に易破断線が形成されている介装
    部材が、前記開口部を閉塞するようにして接当さ
    れており、かつ、前記ブランク板における開口部
    の周縁に沿つた部分で、該ブランク板における裏
    面層と前記介装部材の表面層との間の溶着能によ
    つて、前記ブランク板の裏面層に接着、固定され
    ていることを特徴とする注出具を具備する紙容器
    用のブランク板。
