例品を示すものであり、第１図は第２図の―
線断面図、第２図は紙容器の全体を示す斜視図で
ある。 ３：注出具、５：紙容器を形成している積層シ
ートにおける外周面層、６：紙容器を形成してい
る積層シートにおける内周面層、９：注出具３に
おけるフランジ部、１２：介装部材、ａ：介装部
材１２における表面層、ｂ：介装部材１２におけ
る裏面層。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 紙容器に穿設されている開口部に、前記紙容
    器の内側からポリオレフイン系樹脂製の注出具が
    差し通され、前記注出具におけるフランジ部が前
    記紙容器の内周面側に固着されている紙容器にお
    いて、前記紙容器における内周面層が、ガラス転
    移温度４０°Ｃ以上の線状飽和ポリエステル樹脂
    層で構成されており、しかも、前記注出具におけ
    るフランジ部と紙容器の内周面層との間には、線
    状飽和ポリエステル樹脂層からなる表面層とポリ
    オレフイン系樹脂層からなる裏面層とを具備する
    積層シートからなる介装部材が、前記積層シート
    における表面層が前記紙容器の内周面層と、また
    、前記積層シートにおける裏面層が前記注出具に
    おけるフランジ部とそれぞれ接するようにして接
    当され、前記紙容器の内周面層と、介装部材と、
    注出具におけるフランジ部とが、熱接着されてい
    ることを特徴とする注出具を具備する紙容器。 ２ 紙容器に穿設されている開口部に、前記紙容
    器の内側からポリオレフイン系樹脂製の注出具が
    差し通され、前記注出具におけるフランジ部が前
    記紙容器の内周面側に固着されている紙容器にお
    いて、前記紙容器における内周面層が、エチレン
    ―ビニルアルコール系共重合体樹脂層で構成され
    ており、しかも、前記注出具におけるフランジ部
    と紙容器の内周面層との間には、エチレン―ビニ
    ルアルコール系共重合体樹脂層からなる表面層と
    ポリオレフイン系樹脂層からなる裏面層とを具備
    する積層シートからなる介装部材が、前記積層シ
    ートにおける表面層が前記紙容器の内周面層と、
    また、前記積層シートにおける裏面層が前記注出
    具におけるフランジ部とそれぞれ接するようにし
    て接当され、前記紙容器の内周面層と、介装部材
    と、注出具におけるフランジ部とが、熱接着され
    ていることを特徴とする注出具を具備する紙容器
    。
