An optical fiber 20 is wound around the inner surface 14 of the mandrel 10 having a main body 12 made of a cylindrical body, and passages 16 and 18 are provided to pass through the side walls of the main body 12 so that the optical fiber 20 can be wound through the mandrel 10. It was designed so that it could be taken in and out.
