To perform high-frequency induction heating, a test piece is placed in a vacuum chamber, a high-frequency induction heating coil is held by a holding member such as a heating coil introduction rod, and this heating coil holding member is installed on the wall of the vacuum chamber. Then, the heating coil of the holding member may be projected into the vacuum chamber. When a heating coil is wound around a test piece in a vacuum chamber and both ends of the test piece are gripped by a pair of grips, the test piece can be heated by high frequency induction by the heating coil. Therefore, the specimen can be subjected to a thermal fatigue test in a vacuum chamber.

悪いという問題があつた。 In this type of thermal fatigue testing machine, when removing a tested specimen from between the grips, conventionally the heating coil was once removed from the heating coil holding member on the wall of the vacuum chamber. Then, the wound portion of the heating coil is unwound around the test piece. Thereafter, the test piece was removed from between the grips. However, the space within the vacuum chamber is small, and it is not easy to remove the heating coil from the heating coil holding member on the wall thereof. It is also not easy to unwind the wound part of the heating coil from around the test piece. Furthermore, in order to test the next test piece, the heating coil must be wound around the test piece placed between the grips and reconnected to the heating coil holding member. Therefore, there was a problem of poor workability.

ヤンバの真空度に影響するという問題があつた。 In addition, when a test piece is heated by high-frequency induction, the heating coil itself is also heated, and the wound portion of the heating coil may be damaged by the heat. For this reason, cooling water is usually circulated within the heating coil to cool the wound portion thereof. Therefore, when the heating coil is removed from its holding member, cooling water inevitably leaks from the heating coil and flows into the vacuum chamber. Therefore, there was a problem in that the cooling water evaporated within the vacuum chamber, and the vapor affected the degree of vacuum of the vacuum chamber.

目的としてなされたものである。(c) Purpose Therefore, this invention eliminates the need to remove the heating coil from the heating coil holding member on the wall of the atmosphere chamber in a thermal fatigue tester that tests specimens for thermal fatigue in an atmosphere chamber such as a vacuum chamber. This was made with the aim of solving the above-mentioned conventional problems.

ものである。(d) Configuration This device guides a heating coil holding member that holds a high-frequency induction heating coil so that it can be displaced against the wall surface of an atmosphere chamber, and when a test piece is placed between the grips and removed from between the grips, the heating coil is held in place. The member is displaced relative to the wall of the atmosphere chamber. This feature is characterized in that the wound portion of the heating coil is retracted from between the grips.

ら冷却水が洩れるという問題も生じない。 This testing machine holds the tested specimen 1 in gripping tool 3.
There is no need to remove the heating coil 7 from the coil introduction rod 8 when removing it from between. To remove the test piece 1 from between the grips 3, open the lid plate 6 of the vacuum chamber 2. Then, the bolts 5 of the grip 3 are removed, and the half flange 4 is separated from the grip 3 and separated from the test piece 1. Thereafter, the test piece 1 may be held by hand or an instrument, and the operating nut 19 may be rotated using the handle 18. The coil introduction rod 8 is fed by the screw feeding action of the operating nut 19, guided by the key 15 of the boss 13, and displaced in the axial direction with respect to the wall surface 9 of the vacuum chamber 2. The transformer 11 is guided by the rollers 23 of the table 22, and is connected to the connecting tool 10 and the coil introduction rod 8.
move in unison with Therefore, the winding portion 7a of the heating coil 7 is held together with the test piece 1 by the gripping tool 3.
You can evacuate from between. Thereafter, the test piece 1 may be extracted from the wound portion 7a of the heating coil 7. Thereby, the test piece 1 can be removed from between the grips 3. The wound portion 7a of the heating coil 7 can also be taken out from the lid plate 6 of the vacuum chamber 2 to the outside of the vacuum chamber 2. Therefore,
The test piece 1 is heated by a heating coil 7 outside the vacuum chamber 2.
It can also be pulled out from the winding portion 7a. Therefore, there is no need to remove the heating coil 7 from the coil introduction rod 8, which improves workability. There is also no problem of cooling water leaking from the heating coil 7.

The heating coil 7 may be held by a member having a different shape, and the coil holding member may be guided so as to be displaceable with respect to the wall surface 9 of the vacuum chamber 2. Then, when installing the test piece 1 between the grips 3 and when removing the test piece 1 from between the grips 3,
When the heating coil holding member is displaced relative to the wall surface 9 of the vacuum chamber 2, the wound portion 7a of the heating coil 7
can be evacuated from between the grips 3. Therefore, it is not necessary to remove the heating coil 7 from its holding member, and similar effects can be obtained. The heating coil holding member may be guided by a guide mechanism other than the key 15 and the keyway 16. The heating coil holding member may be displaced by an operating mechanism other than the operating nut 19. Further, in the above embodiment, a thermal fatigue tester in which the test piece 1 is placed in a vacuum chamber 2 was described, but this invention is applied to a thermal fatigue tester in which the test piece 1 is placed in an atmosphere chamber other than a vacuum chamber. You can also do that.
