Furthermore, the photographic film described in Utility Model Application Publication No. 10763 of 1933 is simply a photographic film mounted in a cassette case, and there is no light shielding means to prevent the photographic film from being exposed to light.
There are problems with handling, and the structure described in Utility Model Application Publication No. 9321 of 1932 has a structure in which a photographic dry plate is wrapped with light-shielding paper and attached to a cassette case, so the light-shielding properties of the photographic dry plate are not good. There is a problem,
Furthermore, it takes time to attach a photographic drying plate, and if it is made of a hard material like a photographic drying plate, it is possible to pull out the rolled light-shielding paper, but if it is made of a flexible material like film, it is not possible to pull out the light-shielding paper. This poses problems such as the possibility that the film may be deformed when the paper is pulled out.

This invention was developed in view of the above problems. It is possible to take a single picture using photographic film, and the film is mounted on a mount frame for easy handling. It also prevents the photographic film from being exposed to light. The light blocking effect is reliable, and by attaching the light blocking body formed of an endless curtain to the cassette case by suspending it on a roller, the light blocking body moves smoothly and exposure can be ensured. To provide an economical photographic film device in which a cassette case can be used repeatedly.

(Function) The photographic film device of the present invention is installed with the exposure window of the cassette case facing the imaging plane of the lens of the camera, and the light shield provided on the cassette case is opened to expose the film by operating the shutter of the camera. This allows you to take pictures. When taking pictures, the shield that opens and closes the light-shielding window of the cassette case moves smoothly using rollers, ensuring that the exposure aperture of the light-shielding body is aligned with the exposure window of the cassette case, and then the light-shielding window of the cassette case is stored in the cassette case. The photographic film thus constructed is securely shielded from light by the light-shielding cloth material at the edge of the film insertion opening, and is easy to handle.

This operating mechanism uses a structure well known as a film winding mechanism for a camera. For example, by rotating a knob having a knurl that is partially exposed on the outside of the camera, the rotating shaft 24 of the feed wheel 22 is connected to the gear provided on the rotating shaft of the knob through gear meshing. A structure in which the feed wheel 22 is rotated through a gear mechanism meshed with a gear provided on the crankshaft by rotating a crankshaft provided on the outside of the camera; A structure in which the rotating shaft of this lever is rotated by a lever provided, and the feed wheel 22 is rotated via a gear mechanism that meshes with a gear provided on this rotating shaft, and furthermore, a switch mechanism provided in the camera is operated. The electric motor is driven by the feed wheel 22 through a gear mechanism.
A structure that rotates a predetermined amount can be used.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a hole 25 for detecting the sensitivity of the film 11 is formed in the cassette case 1.
Depending on the position of this hole 25, a plurality of sensitivity setting switch buttons provided on the mounting surface of the camera cassette case 1 are selectively pressed to set the exposure amount in accordance with the sensitivity of the film 11. . In addition, as this photosensitivity detection means, a magnetic field, for example, a permanent magnet is attached to the cassette case 1, and a plurality of Hall elements provided on the mounting surface of the cassette case of the camera are selected according to the position of the permanent magnet on the cassette case. It is also possible to set the exposure amount according to the sensitivity.

Furthermore, the shutter mechanism of the camera can be made operable when the cassette case 1 is properly set on the mounting surface of the camera's cassette case. In this case, for example, a permanent magnet is attached to the cassette case 1, a Hall element is arranged on the attachment surface of the cassette case 1 of the camera, and when the cassette case 1 is attached normally, the operation of the Hall element Alternatively, the shutter mechanism of the camera may be unlocked. Furthermore, the operation of this Hall element drives the electric motor installed in the camera,
The feed wheel 22 that operates the light shielding body 15 of the cassette case 1 is rotated to open the exposure window 5 of the cassette case 1.
It is also possible to make it open.

According to the present invention, photographic film stored in a cassette case can be photographed and developed one by one, which is economical. Moreover, since the film is attached to a mount frame, it is easy to handle and flatness is improved. The film is retained in the cassette case, eliminating the need for a film holder.Furthermore, a light-shielding cloth material is provided on the edge of the film insertion opening of the cassette case, so the film is held in a light-shielded manner within the cassette case, making it easy to handle.Furthermore, the light shield is an endless film. Since the light shielding body was formed of an endless film-like strip and suspended on a roller, the light shielding body could be moved smoothly and the exposure window of the cassette case could be opened and closed reliably. This, together with the fact that the film is attached to the mount frame, allows the film to be easily and securely loaded by simply inserting it through the film insertion opening of the cassette case.Furthermore, since the film can be inserted and removed freely in the cassette case, It can be used repeatedly and economically.
