ポンプと高圧プランジヤポンプを設け、ポンプハ
ウジングに形成したフイードポンプの低圧ポンプ
室とプランジヤポンプの高圧プランジヤ室とを連
通する燃料戻し通路に駆動パルスにて開閉される
電磁弁を介装し、この電磁弁の開閉により燃料の
噴射開始時期と噴射終了時期の少なくともいずれ
か一方が可変制御される燃料噴射ポンプを備える

、エンジンの作動状態量を検出するセンサと、こ
のセンサ検出値に応じて全気筒に共通な燃料の基
本噴射期間を算出する手段と、各気筒のエンジン
振動を測定するセンサと、測定したエンジン振動
が所定値となるように各気筒についての噴射期間
の補正量を算出する手段と、この補正量にて前記
基本噴射期間を補正して前記燃料噴射ポンプから
の燃料の噴射期間を各気筒について決定する手段
