As is well known, the X-ray tube is installed in a closed container called a Haube, and the container is filled with insulation and cooling media such as insulating oil and gas.

That is, the conventional X-ray tube apparatus is constructed as shown in FIG. 1, in which an X-ray tube 2 is housed in a container 1 and is filled with insulating oil 3 which also serves as cooling. In this case, when attaching the X-ray tube 2 to the container 1, a funnel-shaped insulator 4 is fixed to a screw receiving projection on the inner surface of the container 1 with a screw (not shown). One end of the X-ray tube 2 is fitted into this insulator 4,
Furthermore, a stator 6 for driving the rotor 5 is fixed to the side wall of the insulator 4 with screws (not shown).
In the figure, reference numeral 7 indicates a plurality of holes drilled in the insulator 4 for movement of the insulating oil 3 by natural convection.

However, in the conventional X-ray tube device as described above, the stator 6 that rotates the rotor 5 of the X-ray tube 2 generates several hundred watts of heat as it operates. This heat is transferred to the insulating oil 3 which also serves as cooling, but this insulating oil 3 has a very poor transfer rate.
Moreover, since a large amount of heat is generated from the target of the X-ray tube 2 , the temperature of the non-circulated insulating oil 3 in the container 1 becomes abnormally high only in the heat-generating portion. Therefore, the temperature around the stator 6 becomes extremely high, and the temperature of the stator itself rises abnormally, resulting in a drawback that the life of the stator 6 is shortened.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of this invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The same parts as in the conventional example (Fig. 1) are given the same reference numerals. The X-ray tube device of this invention is constructed as shown in Fig. 2, and a pump 8 is disposed inside the lid 1a of the container 1. ing. In the figure, 9 is a pump motor, 10 is a pump blade, and 11 is a pump oil suction port. Furthermore, a heat exchanger 12 is provided integrally with the container 1 on the outside of the lid 1a.
This heat exchanger 12 is constructed, for example, as shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b, in which corrugated fins 14 are disposed between meandering portions of a meandering insulating oil inflow path 13. A fan 15 is provided adjacent to the heat exchanger 12 , and a cover 16 is provided so as to surround the fan 15 and the heat exchanger 12 , and is integrally attached to the container 1. This cover 16 is provided with an air inflow hole 17 facing the fan 15,
Air outflow holes 18 and 19 are bored on the sides.
Further, an inflow pipe 20 and an outflow pipe 21 are protruded from both ends of the heat exchanger 12 , respectively.
The inflow pipe 20 passes through the lid 1a of the container 1 and is connected to the pump 8 , and the outflow pipe 21 passes through the lid 1a of the container 1.
The stator 6 passes through the lid 1a and the insulator 4.
It extends close to. In addition, the symbols 1b, 1 in the figure
c represents an O-ring for packing.

Now, during operation, the insulating oil 3 is circulated by the pump 8 and guided to the heat exchanger 12 through the inflow pipe 20. On the other hand, air is sent from the air inflow hole 17 to the fan 15 and hits the fin 14 to cool the insulating oil that has entered the heat exchanger 12 . Furthermore, the cooled insulating oil 3 is sprayed onto the stator 6 through the outflow pipe 21 to cool the stator 6.
