- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 蒸気槽下部に溶剤蒸気発生用加熱源と、蒸気槽
上部内周に蒸気凝縮用コイルを有した蒸気洗浄装
置において、 前記蒸気凝縮用コイルを上下２段に分割し、分
割した２つのコイルに対して、冷却用液体の供給
の切替え可能な制御手段を有し、制御手段で蒸気
の界面の高さを変えて被洗浄物を移動させずに蒸
気中と蒸気外とに配置することを特徴とする蒸気
洗浄装置。
