Abstract

PURPOSE:To send the communication content in a short time through a desired line without deterioration by deciding a relay destination or a final destination to be sent next automatically based on a terminal number stored in a storage means. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile equipment 1 reads out a facsimile number 10 of a facsimile equipment 3 stored in the 1st address in a memory and the number 10 is dialed and numbers of the 2nd and succeeding orders are sent to the facsimile equipment 3. The equipment 3 stores numbers 11, 12 and a picture into a memory and after the reception is finished, and makes a call to the number 12 stored in the 1st address. Thus, a picture signal is sent to a facsimile equipment 2 from the facsimile equipment 1 through a desired path, that is, a local line 5, a private line 7 and a local line 6. Since a picture signal or the like is sent through a desired line without manual operation and any hard copy, the communication cost, man-hour and time are saved and the deterioration in the communication content is lowered.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Application in P'N Business) The present invention relates to a communication terminal device connected to two or more types of circuits such as a subscriber telephone line, a private line, and a data network, and a communication terminal device of this type. The present invention relates to communication equipment using terminal devices.

Conventionally, for example, in facsimile communication, when sending a relay message from one place to several places, instead of sending the message directly to the final destination, No. 48 was used, in which the sender gave a relay instruction to a facsimile machine with a relay function. There is a method in which the information is sequentially sent and relayed to the destinations registered in advance on the relayed facsimile.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional example described in NQ, there are problems such as transmission can only be performed between subscriber lines and transmission can only be made to destinations registered in advance. By the way, if you have a leased line, the communication cost will be lower if you use the leased line in the section where the leased line is located. For example, suppose you have a dedicated line between your head office in Tokyo and a branch office in Osaka. At this time, consider sending a fax from a business office near Osaka to a business office near Tokyo. First, send a fax from a business office near Osaka to a branch office in Osaka. The Osaka branch office uses the received hard copy to send image signals to the Tokyo head office via a dedicated line, and the Tokyo head office uses the received hard copies to send image signals to 11 offices in the Tokyo area. This method costs much less than direct fax transmission. However, with this method, the Osaka branch office and the Tokyo head office have to resend the fax, which is cumbersome and time-consuming.Also, the images that have been output to the hard copy have to be reprinted manually, which causes image deterioration. There are problems like this.

For example, in the facsimile machine 1 of FIG. 1, recording of the facsimile number of the facsimile machine 4 is omitted. However, the area code is added to the number of the facsimile machine 2. The image is transmitted from the facsimile device 1 to the facsimile device 3 using the same procedure as in the previous embodiment, and the facsimile device 3 stores the fax number of the facsimile device 2 and the image in the memory 21.

After the reception is completed, the facsimile machine 3 stores data in the memory 21.
The number of the facsimile machine 2 is sent to the fl+(J control circuit 22. The control circuit 22 judges from the area code of the read number, finds the facsimile machine 4 closest to the facsimile machine 2, and makes a call to it. Then, send the number of facsimile machine 2 excluding the area code to the NSS PIF.
and send it to the facsimile machine 4 along with the signal. The subsequent procedure is the same as in the previous embodiment, and the image signal is finally transmitted to the facsimile machine 2.
