Conventional Structure and Problems Conventionally, in vacuum cleaners that use batteries as a power source, a cushion is provided on the inner surface of the battery exchange lid 1 to support the battery, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. 2 is supported by a wall rib 3 surrounding the entire circumference of the cushion 2, and a groove 4 is formed by providing a step in the center of the bottom surrounded by the wall rib 3 to prevent sinking, and a groove 4 is formed on both ends 5 of the cushion 2. Cushion 2 was attached.

However, in this configuration, the wall rib 3 surrounding the entire circumference of the cushion 2 becomes thicker at the step portion where the cushion 2 is attached, by the amount of the step difference.
Moreover, since the thick wall also surrounds the entire circumference of the cushion 2, the thick wall becomes very large and causes a large sink mark on the outer wall side of that part.

In addition, the groove in the stepped part created to prevent sink marks is sealed with a cushion on the top, the bottom of the groove on the bottom, and wall ribs around the area, so it becomes a cavity when the cushion is attached, and it becomes sealed due to changes in the surrounding temperature. This has the disadvantage that the air in the cavity expands and contracts, causing the attached portion of the cushion to peel off.

Structure of the invention In order to achieve the above object, a cushion is provided between the battery exchange cover and the battery, and both ends of the cushion are pasted on two rows of wall ribs protruding from the battery cover, and furthermore, a cushion is attached around the cushion. By supporting the cushion by further protruding bar-shaped ribs at intervals from above the two rows of wall ribs, the ribs to which the cushion is pasted can be separated into two rows, and the ribs that support the periphery can be separated at intervals between the bar-shaped ribs. By arranging it at a distance, the thick portion is reduced and sink marks that occur on the outer wall side are prevented.

Furthermore, by separating the ribs to be pasted into two rows and providing a space between them, a sealed cavity is prevented from being formed even when the cushion is pasted, and the cushion is prevented from peeling off.

By the way, the cushion 28 is attached to the battery cover 17 and supports the battery 13, and two rows of wall ribs 2 protrude from the inner surface of the battery cover 17.
There is a gap between 9 and 9 that looks like a groove, and the outer wall thickness 32 in between is made thinner than the outer wall thickness 32' in other parts to prevent the formation of thick parts and to prevent pasting. The rod-shaped ribs 31 that support the cushion 28 from the periphery, which protrudes further from the surface 30, are also spaced apart to prevent the formation of thick parts as much as possible, and to avoid forming thick parts on the outside of the outer wall of these parts during molding. This delays cooling and hardening and prevents sink marks caused by shrinkage in other thin, quickly hardened parts.

In addition, since the two rows of wall ribs 29 are spaced apart like a groove, the outer wall thickness 32 is thinner and there is a depression between them.
Even if it is attached to 0, a sealed cave will not be formed,
This prevents the cushion 28 from peeling off due to this.

Effects of the invention As described above, according to the invention, the ribs to which the cushion is pasted are separated into two rows, and the ribs supporting the periphery are provided with bar-shaped ribs at intervals, thereby reducing the thick part and increasing the thickness of the ribs on the outer wall side. To prevent sink marks that occur in the past, and to separate the ribs to be pasted into two rows and provide an interval between them to prevent the formation of a sealed cavity even when the cushion is pasted, thereby preventing the cushion from peeling off.
