The discharge printing method, in which a pattern is created by cutting out the material, and the resist dyeing method, in which a glue is applied to the fabric to prevent it from being dyed, and then ground dyeing is applied to create the pattern.

A process is always required and requires very complicated and time-consuming work. In addition, the glue waste liquid generated in the glue removal process is likely to become a source of environmental pollution, and its treatment cost is high, which poses a problem.

In this state, the upper lid with patterned holes is fitted to the top opening of the inner tank and loaded into the dyeing treatment tank.With the treatment tank sealed, the dye solution is poured into the inner tank. By flowing the dye in the vertical direction, the parts of the object to be dyed that are sandwiched between the pattern holes on the bottom surface of the inner tank, the intermediate plate, and the top cover are dyed darker than other parts, thereby imparting a dyed pattern to the object to be dyed. The first aspect is the dyeing method, which includes an inner tank with a patterned hole at the bottom that allows dyed objects to be stacked and filled in a horizontally spread state, and a patterned hole that is inserted between the dyed objects filled in this inner tank. a top cover with a patterned through hole that can fit into the top opening of the inner tank;
A second pattern dyeing device includes a dyeing tank with an openable/closable lid that can be loaded with the top lid fitted, and a dye solution circulation means for vertically circulating the dye solution to the loaded inner tank with the top lid. The summary is as follows.

A patterned hole is provided in the inner tank filled with the dyed material and in the upper cover of the intermediate plate, and the deep dyed pattern is actively applied to the dyed material through the patterned hole. Therefore, according to this method, a deep dyed pattern can be easily formed by simply circulating the dye liquid without using glue.

This trolley 12 has a gently curved bottom surface, and has wheels 20 attached at predetermined intervals on the outside of the side surfaces along the longitudinal direction, and one side 12a on which no wheels 20 are attached. This trolley 12, which has a circulation hole 21 in the center thereof, is constructed by placing a rib plate 11c projecting from the lower side of the inner tank 11 on its upper end.
The inner tank 11 can be supported as shown in FIG. Then, after fitting the upper lid 16 provided with the flow hole 16a (see Fig. 1) through which the dye liquid flows in the vertical direction onto the upper surface of the inner tank 11 on the uppermost stage, the wheels 20 are placed in the processing tank in this state. It is placed on a rail 15 (indicated by a chain line in FIG. 5) in the processing tank 10 and loaded into the processing tank 10 with the surface with the circulation hole 21 facing toward the back. The patterned holes 16a of the upper lid 16 also have the same shape and arrangement as the patterned holes 11a of the bottom of the inner tank 11, similar to the intermediate plate 50 (see FIG. 3).

Further, a first dye liquor inlet/outlet opening 31 is formed at the bottom of the processing tank IO, and communicates with the gap between the loaded cart 12 and the inner wall of the processing tank 10. A heat exchanger 32 and a dye liquor circulation pump 3 are provided in the dye liquor circulation path connecting the second dye liquor inlet/outlet opening 30 and the first dye liquor inlet/outlet opening 31.
3 are connected. Further, 34 is a gate valve provided in the middle of the dye liquid circulation path, and 35 is a water supply valve.

。Using the above-mentioned processing apparatus, pattern dyeing can be carried out on an object to be dyed, for example, in the following manner. In other words, first, the dyed object having a rectangular plane (including those made into a rectangular shape by folding a strip) is placed in the inner tank 1 in a horizontally spread rectangular shape.
Fill with 1 layer. At this time, as shown in Figure 6,
The intermediate plate 50 is sandwiched between the object to be dyed 3 and the object to be dyed 30 at a predetermined interval. Then, the inner tank 11 filled with the objects to be dyed 3 is stacked in two stages on the trolley 12, the upper lid 16 is fitted and fixed, and the opening/closing lid 10a of the processing tank 10 (see Fig. 1) is opened and the inner tank 11 is opened from the side. The trolley 12 is carried into the processing tank 10 and loaded at a predetermined position. At this time, the cart 12 is arranged so that the surface on which the circulation hole 21 is open is on the back side.

The interior is sealed, the gate valve 34 is closed, the water supply valve 35 is opened, the dye liquid circulation pump 33 is operated, the dye liquid heated by the heat exchanger 32 is supplied into the processing tank IO, and the trolley 12 is heated. It is made to flow in from the flow hole 21 of. Then, as shown by arrow A, the inside of the inner tank 11 on the trolley 12 is raised and the upper lid 16 is lifted up.
Let it overflow from the top. At this time, the inner tank 11
The air held in the dyed object 3 inside is pushed up by the rising dye solution and escapes from the upper surface of the upper lid 16. Therefore, air does not remain in the object 3 and is completely replaced with the dye solution. After supplying a predetermined amount of the dye liquid in this way, the gate valve 34 is opened and the water supply valve 35 is closed, and the overflowing dye liquid is circulated as shown by arrow B and is returned to the second dye liquid inlet/output opening. The inner tank 11 is passed from the part 30 through the flow hole 21 of the trolley 12 and from the patterned through hole 11a on the bottom of the inner tank 11.
Introduce it within and raise it. At this time, the rising dye solution is
The flow is concentrated in the patterned holes 11a on the bottom of the inner tank 11, then concentrated in the patterned holes 50a in the intermediate plate 50a, and further concentrated in the patterned holes 16a in the upper part 116. As schematically shown in the figure, pattern through hole 1
The dye liquid flows concentrated only in the area sandwiched between 1a, 50a, and 16a, and only this area of the object 3 to be dyed is dyed in a deep color, while the other areas are dyed in a light color.

After flowing downward through the gap with the side surface, the dye solution is returned to the dye solution circulation pump 33 from the first dye solution inlet/output opening 31, passes through the heat exchanger 32, and repeatedly circulates in the processing tank IO.

, 50a, and 16a are dyed in a dark color to provide a dark dyed pattern (see FIG. 8) corresponding to the pattern holes 11a, 50a, and 16a. Moreover, in this example, since sufficient deaeration is performed at the initial feeding stage of the dye liquor, a very uniform and good dyed product can be obtained.

。Roughly speaking, in the above embodiment, a gate valve 34 is provided to supply water from the bottom of the inner tank 11 to sufficiently deaerate the object 3 to be dyed, but depending on the material of the object 3 and the dyeing conditions. The provision of the gate valve 34 is optional, since uniform dyeing can be performed even without the above-mentioned degassing.
