More specifically, the present invention uses 5 to 15% by weight of the dye represented by formula (1) (hereinafter referred to as the margin) and 5 to 15% by weight of the dye represented by formula (III) 1''JJ, based on the total dye powder. % and, if necessary, general formula (rV) [in formula (IV), X represents a chlorine or bromine atom] dye represented by 0 to 20% by weight of a navy solid color for polyester fibers. The present invention relates to a disperse dye composition and a dyeing or printing method using the same. The dyes represented by formulas (1) to (IV) are blue,
A known violet or yellow-brown dye or [{Iu dye. It is well known that dispersed water-insoluble dyes are used to dye polyester fibers, and although single-piece disperse dyes for navy colors are known, single-piece dyes with excellent color fastness are scarce. The present invention dyes polyester fibers into a navy color with good light fastness, sublimation fastness, washing fastness, water fastness, and abrasion fastness. The object of the present invention is to provide a dye composition that has low viscosity or less white spot staining during washing after dyeing, and a dyeing method using the same. It goes without saying that dyed polyester fibers have good light fastness and sublimation resistance, but in recent years, the washing fastness, water fastness, and abrasion resistance of dyed products after various subsequent processing have also increased. Good fastness is now required. However, these fastnesses are different when the dye is used as a single item, and when the dye is used alone.
Mixtures of several types often exhibit different behavior, and the combination of formulations is an important issue, especially for polyester dyes that need to produce a navy color. On the other hand, when blended dyes are used, the dyeing behavior is different from that of each individual dye, so there are problems with the dyeing rate during printing, in-machine sublimation (contamination of the white background by the dye), and printing When cleaning the undyed dye afterwards, staining of the white area of the dyed product (white area staining) becomes a problem.
Particularly in recent years, the above two points have become important checkpoints when aiming to improve the quality of dyed objects, but nothing that fully satisfies the market requirements has yet been found.

By blending each of the dyes shown in I), (■), and (IV) in a specific composition ratio, we succeeded in developing a blended dye Φ that has excellent fastness properties and does not cause staining during printing. Furthermore, since this blended dye has a high dyeing rate, the amount of washing water used in the washing process after dyeing can be reduced, contributing to energy and resource conservation. The navy one-color dye composition of the present invention has the formula (1
) 70 to 90% by weight of the dye represented by formula (II), 5 to 15% by weight of the dye represented by formula (II), and 5 to 90% by weight of the dye represented by formula (m)
They may be blended in a proportion of 15% by weight, and in order to obtain a particularly desirable navy dyed product, the dye represented by formula (r) should be blended in an amount of 70 to 80% by weight, and the dye represented by formula (II) should be blended in a proportion of 5 to 80% by weight.
It is preferable to mix 10% by weight of the dye represented by formula (II[) and 5 to 10% by weight of the dye represented by formula (II[). In addition, the dye represented by the formula (IV) is used as a toning component for the navy color in the present invention, and therefore is not necessarily necessary.
), formula (■), and formula (III), the blending ratio of the dye represented by formula (rV) can be freely selected within the range of 0 to 20% by weight. The dyes represented by formulas (1) to (IV) used in the present invention are known azo dyes or similar azo dyes, and can be easily obtained or produced according to conventional methods. In carrying out the present invention, the press cake of each dye to be blended is atomized and dispersed in an aqueous medium together with an appropriate dispersant, and then either left as is in a liquid state or powdered by spray drying, etc., and then blended in a predetermined ratio. Advantageously, a navy dye composition is obtained. In order to dye polyester fibers using the dye composition thus obtained, dyeing is carried out under pressure at 105°C or higher, preferably at 110 to 140°C, and in the presence of a carrier such as phenylphenol. Examples include a method of dyeing at a relatively high temperature, for example, the boiling point of water, or a method of padding a cloth with a dye dispersion and performing a dry heat treatment at 150 to 230'C for 30 to 60 seconds (thermosol method). On the other hand, when printing, the dye composition is kneaded with a suitable sizing agent such as guar gum or locust peen gum.
This is printed on cloth and processed by steaming or thermosol method to achieve the desired purpose. The effects of the present invention will be explained below using Table 1. Table 1 shows the results of printing using Examples of the dye composition of the present invention and commercially available dyes as comparative examples. As is clear from Table 1, all of the blended dyes of the present invention are superior in various fastnesses to commercially available dyes as comparative examples.
In particular, it can be seen that there is little in-machine sublimation and white field contamination. (The following is a blank space) [Example] The present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples below.
The present invention is not limited to these. In the example
``Parts'' means ``parts by weight.'' Example 1 24 parts of the dyestuff of formula (1) above was atomized and dispersed with 12 parts of Demol N (product of Kao Atlas Co., Ltd.) and 34 parts of water, and blended. Component (J) was adjusted. A compounding component (K) prepared by atomizing and dispersing 3 parts of the dyestuff of the formula (n) above with 3 parts of Demol N and 9 parts of water, and the formula (I [I)]
(J) by blending the blending component (L) prepared by atomizing and dispersing 3 parts of the dyestuff with 3 parts of Demol N and 9 parts of water.
, (K), and (L) were obtained. 100 parts of a napy color blended dye composition was obtained.
