この電子部品の位置ずれを認識してその位置補正
を行つた後、この電子部品をマウント部に位置決
めされた基板に搭載するようにした電子部品の実
装装置において、上記カメラをＸＹ移動装置に装
着し、このＸＹ移動装置を駆動することにより、
上記電子部品の少くとも一つの角部を上記カメラ
により認識してその位置ずれを検出するようにし
