Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザと、１個あるいは複数個のレンズ
および光フアイバがそれぞれ所定の位置関係でホ
ルダ内に収納配置された半導体レーザモジユール
において、前記ホルダの、レンズと光フアイバの
間の空間部分あるいは前記複数のレンズの間の空
間部分に対応する箇所に開口穴を設け、少なくと
も先端部が細径状に形成された部材をこの開口穴
に挿入し、所定の深さで固定したことを特徴とす
る半導体レーザモジユール。
