The present invention relates to improvements in inkjet recording inks. When an inkjet recording device is operated for a long period of time or is stopped for a long period of time, poorly soluble salts of alkaline earth metals in the ink and metal compounds such as aluminum, iron, and nickel settle and accumulate at the tip of the ejection nozzle, causing the inkjet to The ejecting direction of the ink may change significantly, and the size and flying speed of the ink droplets may change significantly. Furthermore, when ink is stored for a long period of time, precipitation and accumulation of the above-mentioned poorly soluble salts and metal compounds may occur, resulting in deterioration of the ink and changes in the physical properties of the ink. In JP-A No. 51-85804, as a countermeasure for the above,
Although an ink containing a chelating reagent has been proposed, a new problem arises in that the metal material used in the ink supply system corrodes, making it difficult to put it into practical use. Furthermore, JP-A-54-120007 proposes an ink containing a rust preventive agent in combination with a chelating reagent in order to prevent corrosion of the above-mentioned metal materials, but the rust preventive effect is not sufficient, and the ink Corrosion of metal materials in the supply system cannot be completely prevented. Further, when an inkjet recording apparatus is stopped for a long time, the above-mentioned rust preventive agent may settle and accumulate at the tip of the nozzle, and the direction of inkjet ejection may change significantly. In other words, not only is it difficult to completely prevent metal corrosion, but adding a large amount of rust inhibitor to increase the corrosion prevention effect causes the above-mentioned problems, and in the end, the practical problem is no longer present. However, it has not been fully resolved. The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is capable of stabilizing the jetting direction even when the inkjet recording device is operated for a long period of time or stopped for a long period of time, and does not settle even when stored for a long period of time. The object of the present invention is to provide an ink that does not cause corrosion, does not change its physical properties, and does not substantially corrode metals in the ink supply system. That is, the gist of the present invention is an inkjet recording ink characterized by comprising as a main component an aqueous solution containing a water-soluble acid dye or a water-soluble direct dye treated with ion exchange using a cation exchange resin. . The target dyes mentioned above are water-soluble acid dyes and water-soluble direct dyes, either alone or in a mixture of two or more. The following are representative examples of water-soluble acidic dyes. CIAcid Yellow 7, 36, 44, 49 CIAcid Red 83, 133 CIAcid Violet 7, 11, 34, 41, 43, 51, 63 CIAcid Blue 22, 23, 25, 27, 29, 40, 41,

94 Typical examples of water-soluble direct dyes include the following. CIDirect Yellow 33, 39, 44, 50 CIDirect Orange 10, 26, 29, 39, 41, 49,
102 CIDirect Red 2, 4, 13, 17, 23, 24, 28,

38, 51, 56, 71, 74, 77, 154 The cation exchange resin for ion exchange treatment of the above dyes has a main polymer composition of polystyrene amine type, phenol methylene sulfonic acid type,
There are polystyrene sulfonic acid types, phenol formaldehyde polyamine types, methacrylic acid types and polyvinyl types. As an acidic group with ion exchange ability, a sulfone group (-
Examples thereof include SO 3 M 1 ), carboxyl group (-COOM 1 ), and phenolic hydroxyl group (-OM 1 ). Here, M 1 is either hydrogen or an alkali metal such as Na, Li, K, etc. In order to ion-exchange a water-soluble dye using a cation-exchange resin, it is generally preferable to pass an aqueous dye solution or ink through a column filled with an ion-exchange resin, since this method has high purification efficiency. The dye to be treated contains -SO 3 M, - in the molecule.
COOM, and when M is an alkali metal such as Na, K, or Li, the acidic group of the cation exchange resin used preferably has the same metal as the acidic group of the dye. If these metals are different, the cation exchange treatment may reduce the solubility of the dye in water and cause precipitation, which may have the undesirable effect of reducing the reliability of the inkjet. Cation exchange resins that have an excellent ability to remove metals such as alkaline earth metals, aluminum, iron, and nickel from the above dyes include gel-type weakly acidic cation exchange resins such as polystyrene sulfonic acid, or macro-network structures. There are chelate resins in which an iminodiacetic acid group, -N=(CH 2 COO) 2 M, is introduced into the matrix, and the latter is particularly excellent. Known additives may be added to the ink of the present invention as needed. That is, wetting agents such as glycol type, glycol ether type, glycol ether ester type, amine type, etc., and fixing agents and thickeners such as polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt, methyl cellulose, water-soluble acrylic resin, etc. Resins, polymer electrolytes, and other substances known as surface tension adjusters, PH adjusters, resistivity adjusters, dye solubilizers, antiseptics, and antifungal agents may be optionally used. For example, surface tension modifiers suitably used in the present invention include anionic, cationic, and nonionic surfactants. Specifically, anionic surfactants include polyethylene glycol ether sulfate, ester salts, etc. etc., poly2-vinylpyridine derivatives, poly4-vinylpyridine derivatives as cationic systems, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monoalkyl ester, as nonionic systems. Examples include polyoxyethylene alkylamine. In addition to these surfactants, diethanolamine, propanolamine,
Also effective are amino acids such as morpholinic acid, basic substances such as ammonium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide, and substituted pyrrolidones such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. Two or more of these surface tension adjusting agents may be used as necessary, within a range that does not adversely affect each other or other constituent components, so that a recording medium liquid having a desired value of surface tension is prepared. You may use a mixture. The amount of these surface tension modifiers to be added is determined as appropriate depending on the type, other constituent components of the recording medium liquid to be prepared, and desired recording characteristics.
Usually 0.0001 to 1 part by weight of recording medium liquid
It is desirable that the amount is 0.1 part by weight, preferably 0.001 to 0.01 part by weight. Specific examples of the pH adjuster include lower alkanolamines, such as monovalent hydroxides such as alkali metal hydroxides, ammonium hydroxide, and the like. These PH adjusters are added in necessary amounts so that the recording medium liquid to be prepared has a desired PH value. The PH adjuster is used to maintain the chemical stability of the prepared recording medium liquid, for example, to maintain a predetermined PH value in order to prevent changes in physical properties due to long-term storage and to prevent sedimentation and aggregation of the recording agent and other components. Appropriate amount is added. As the PH adjuster suitably used in the present invention, almost any PH adjuster can be mentioned as long as it can control the PH value to a desired value without adversely affecting the recording medium liquid to be prepared. Specific examples of the resistivity adjuster include inorganic salts such as ammonium chloride, sodium chloride, and potassium chloride, water-soluble amines such as triethanolamine, and quaternary ammonium salts. In the case of recording in which the recording medium liquid droplets do not need to be charged, the specific resistance value of the recording medium liquid may be arbitrary. Next, an example will be given and explained. Example 1 A 20% by weight aqueous solution of CI Direct Black 19 (PH=
11.2), alkaline earth metals, heavy metals, aluminum, etc. in the aqueous dye solution were removed. The table shows a comparison of the metal concentrations in the above treatment before treatment, after treatment, and in the case of activated carbon treatment.

The above-mentioned treated dye CI Direct Black 19 3.0% Polyethylene glycol 200 20.0% Sodium 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide 0.3% Ion-exchanged water 76.7% Mix the above ingredients, stir thoroughly while heating to 70°C, and leave at room temperature. After cooling to a temperature of 0.2 μm, the ink was passed through a filter having a pore size of 0.2 μm twice to obtain an ink of the present invention. When this ink was used to print on high-quality paper using a nozzle with an inner diameter of 30 μm, a clear image was obtained. Furthermore, when this ink was filled into a glass container and sealed and stored at -20℃ and 4℃ for 6 months and at 15 to 25℃ for 1 year, no sedimentation occurred, and there were no changes in the physical properties or color tone of the ink. It was not recognized. After 2000 hours of continuous injection, stable injection was always obtained. Furthermore, after the inkjet recording device was left at room temperature and humidity for two months and then printing was repeated for 10 months, stable printing was always achieved. Example 2 The same procedure as in Example 1 was carried out except that CI Direct Black 154 was used as the dye. The evaluation test results showed that the same good effects as in Example 1 were obtained. Example 3 The same procedure as in Example 1 was carried out except that the dye was CI Direct Black 19 as in Example 1, and the cation exchange resin was changed to a gel-type strongly acidic cation exchange resin in the form of Na polystyrene sulfonate. When an evaluation test was conducted, the storage stability was somewhat inferior to that of Example 1, but was significantly better than that of the comparative example described below. Also, 1000
Stable injection was obtained during continuous injection up to 30 minutes. Furthermore, the inkjet recording device is heated at room temperature.
After resting in normal humidity for one month, printing was repeated for three months, and stable printing was achieved. Comparative example Dye CI Direct Black in Example 1
An ink was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that No. 19 was used as it was without any treatment or purification. When an evaluation test was conducted, results were obtained that were significantly inferior to those of Example 1, as shown below. Storage stability: When stored for one week at -20°C and 4°C, precipitation occurred. This ink has a pore size of 0.2μ
I had almost no luck using the M filter. Ejection stability: After 300 hours of continuous ejection, the direction of ink ejection changed significantly and printing could not be performed. Ejection response: After a single printing operation in which the inkjet recording device was kept at room temperature and humidity for two months, the ink ejection direction changed significantly and printing became impossible.
