Description
第１図は、この考案による温度補償磁気オイル
ダンパの中立状態図、第２図は高温環境時のシリ
ンダの孔径調節部の拡大図、第３図は低温環境時
のシリンダの孔径調節部の拡大図、第４図は従来
の磁気オイルダンパの構成図である。 図において、１はシリンダ、２はオイル、３は
ハウジング、４は孔、５は孔径調節板、６ａは第
１のスプリング、６ｂは第２のスプリング、７は
永久磁石、８はオイルケース、９はバイメタル、
１０はピンジヨイントである。なお、図中同一符
号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 内部を密封した中空筒状のオイルケースと、一
端を上記オイルケースの内壁に取り付けられた第
１のスプリングと、上記第１のスプリングの他端
に取り付けられ、上記オイルケース内壁とクリア
ランスを有し上記オイルケース軸方向に可動で、
上記二分されたオイルケース内側空間を結ぶ小孔
を内部に有する磁性体で出来たシリンダと、上記
オイルケース内側に充填されたオイルと、上記オ
イルケース外壁とクリアランスを有して外壁回り
に取り付けられた磁石と、上記磁石を保持するハ
ウジングと、上記オイルケースとハウジングとの
間に取り付けた第２のスプリングと、上記シリン
ダの小孔に温度変化に対応する孔径調節板とを備
えたことを特徴とする磁気オイルダンパ。
