[産業上の利用分野]
熱によつて変位する配管を常に一定の荷重で支
持するものとしてコンスタントハンガが公知であ
る。配管は支持点ごとに変位方向を異にするの
で、製品出荷にあたつてはあらかじめ設計段階で
定めた位置までばねを圧し、これをハンガ本体に
ロツクしておく。配管の水圧検査の時は水の重さ
が附加されるので、同様にロツクが必要である。
本考案はこのロツクを容易に行えるようにしたロ

[従来の技術]
回転アームをハンガ本体にロツクする構造とし
て特公昭55−40790号公報、実公昭54−41372が公
知である。前者はねじ棒9へしめこんだナツト1
1をブラケツト10で支持する構造である。後者
はフレーム1にカギ形の支持板44を設け、回転
アーム6の端部に係止したねじ棒42を、支持板
44の切込へ挿入し、止ナツト45でしめこむ構
造である。何れもねじ利用の構造であるが、回転
アームのロツクと解除とはその必要頻度が多い。
また上記ねじ棒は何れもかなりの長さを必要と
し、ロツクと解除の際のナツトの移動距離も長く
なる。その都度ナツトを回すのは煩に耐えなかつ
