There is no need to worry about damage to the belt due to vibrations, loosening, etc., or breakage of the belt, and unmanned operation is also possible. In addition, increasing the rotation speed promotes the atomization of fuel oil (abbreviated as oil), which mixes well with air, allowing complete combustion and low-oxygen combustion, improving thermal efficiency. Also, since the oil particles are small and burn out in a short time, it is possible to downsize the boiler by reducing the size of the combustion chamber. Furthermore, high-speed air can be sent, making it possible to downsize the high-speed air blower. Furthermore, since the momentum of oil atomization is large, even high viscosity oil, such as inferior C heavy oil, can be further atomized.

In addition, primary air (atomizing air) must be supplied to the part where the oil is atomized.Due to the mechanism, measures must be taken to prevent oil backflow, flame ignition, and related measures to separate air and oil. The difficult question was what to do.

ある。(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the present invention consists of an atomizing cup that is attached to a drive shaft directly connected to a motor through a discharge port with a bolt that is screwed into a mounting hole of the drive shaft, and an atomizing cup that is coaxial with the drive shaft. In a rotary oil burner with a primary air fan mounted on the motor, the motor is equipped with means for converting to a higher frequency, such as an inverter, and a fixed lubrication bracket is mounted on the fan cover for supplying the fuel oil into the atomizing cup. a passage in such a fixed lubrication bracket in which the drive shaft rotates within the fixed lubrication bracket; a peripheral opening in the rotary outlet that integrates the atomizing cup with the drive shaft; A cavity formed by a recess on the outlet side and an outer peripheral surface of the oil filling bracket is provided between the outlet and the outlet, and an oil backflow prevention screw, that is, a cavity on the inner surface of the outlet side where the inner periphery of the outlet faces the outer periphery of the oil filling bracket, is provided between the outlet and the outlet. A screw is provided that causes fuel oil to flow toward the cavity side by rotation, and the discharge port and the oil supply bracket cover the outside of the opposing surfaces in the direction perpendicular to the axis and overlap, so that either the oil supply bracket or the discharge port is connected to the outer periphery of the other. An oil and air separation extension extending in the axial direction on the surface is provided, and multiple flame prevention air passages are provided between the oil filling bracket and the discharge port to supply flame prevention air into the atomizing cup. This rotary oil burner is characterized by the following:
