[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention provides a method for transporting various fish and shellfish while keeping them alive.
This relates to containers for transporting live fish that are used onboard vehicles, ships, trains, etc. [Prior Art] The present inventor has developed relatively small fish by placing live fish in a pseudo-hibernation state, that is, placing the fish in a low temperature to suppress its metabolism and put it into a sleeping state, without using a special vehicle. He proposes a container for transporting live fish that can hold a large amount of live fish at a high density in an aquarium and also ensure a very high survival rate even during long-term transportation (Patent Application 1983- 171823), the water in the tank is cooled by coming into contact with a cooling chamber containing a coolant such as ice.

The water in the conventional water tank is cooled by coming into contact with the cooling chamber, and the water temperature is mainly adjusted by adjusting the amount of ice, etc. in the cooling chamber. However, when such a method is used, not only is it troublesome to get ice etc. in and out, but also it is not possible to quickly and reliably adjust the delicate water temperature. Of course, if a cooling device using a compressor is used, the delicate water temperature adjustment described above can be performed quickly and reliably, but driving the compressor requires a large amount of electric power, and there is also the problem of noise, so the present invention It is not suitable for use in in-vehicle containers such as. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a container for transporting live fish, which has a simple structure and has a function of automatically and reliably adjusting the water temperature in an aquarium.

The water in the water tank is not directly cooled by coming into contact with the cooling chamber, but is cooled by the water sucked up by the operation of the cooling filtration bomb and passing through the cooling chamber. The cooling filtration pump operates until the water in the tank reaches the specified water temperature. In this way, the inside of the aquarium is always maintained at a low temperature that suppresses the movement of live fish, making it possible to store live fish at a high density. The filtration pump may be operated all the time, or may be operated in conjunction with the cooling filtration bomb. Because live fish are stored individually and move little, they are less susceptible to damage (and can survive for a long time in a tight state. [Example] Fig. 1 shows an example of the configuration of a container for transporting live fish according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a water tank covered with a heat insulating material, and in the center is provided with a cooling chamber 2, which is also surrounded by a heating material and divides the inside of the water tank into two.

The two divided chambers of the aquarium 1 and the cooling chamber 2 each have a watertight lid 3 covered with a heat insulating material. Usually on lid 3,
A viewing window 5 is installed for lighting and internal inspection. Ice, dry ice, cold storage material, etc. are put into the cooling chamber 2, and the water in the water tank 1 is kept cooled during transportation by the means described later. By not putting ice, etc. directly into water in this way, you can avoid situations such as seawater being diluted, fish bodies coming into contact with ice, etc. and getting hurt, and damaging the product value. It has the advantage of being long-lasting. 7 is a drain cock for cooling chamber 2, and 7a is a drain cock for water tank 1. The cooling chamber 2 shown in the figure has a structure that is fixed within the water tank 1, but it may also be constructed so that it can be separated from the water tank 1 and taken out.
Furthermore, the inside of the aquarium 1 may be partitioned into two completely independent chambers by the cooling chamber 2. When you do this, you can use only one chamber when there is only a small amount of fish stored, and you can avoid wasting seawater, ice, etc. In that case, a drain cock will be installed in each room. A machine room 8 is installed at the rear of the upper surface of the water tank 1, and an air bomb 9 and a battery 10 for driving the air bomb 9 are arranged inside the machine room 8. The air pipe 11 extending from the air pump 9 snakes under a bottom plate 12 that has a large number of through holes arranged at the bottom of the cooling chamber 2, passes through the inside of the bottom plate 13 of the water tank 1, branches, and connects to the bottom plate 13. It is connected to each buried air stone 14. By doing so, sufficiently cooled air is supplied into the water tank 1, and it is possible to avoid a partial change (warming) in water temperature due to the supply of air. In this way, instead of installing an air pump in each container, one large air pump may be mounted on a vehicle, etc., and air can be supplied from there to multiple containers. The same can be said about batteries. Note that it is also possible to use a vehicle battery as the battery. 15,
16 is a filter tank, which is placed on both sides of the machine room 8 on the top surface of the water tank 1. A large number of drip holes 17 are opened in the bottom slopes of the filter tanks 15 and 16, and a sprinkler pipe 18 through which water pumped from the water tank 1 flows is installed above them. The filter tanks 15 and 16 are filled with a filter medium 19. Note that the filter tanks 15 and 16 are usually provided with lids 20 and 2.
1 is provided. 22 is a filtration pump, and suction pipe 2
3, the water in the aquarium 1 is sucked up directly to the filtration tank 15,
16 into the water sprinkler pipe 18. When the inside of the aquarium 1 is partitioned into two independent chambers as described above, the suction vip 23
is extended to each chamber, and a switching valve is installed. 24
is a cooling filtration pump, which draws water sucked up through a suction pipe 23 into a cooling pipe 25 that snakes under the bottom plate 12 of the cooling chamber 2. The cooling pipe 25 extends outward from the cooling chamber 2 and is connected to the water sprinkler pipe 18 . The two pumps 22 and 24 are usually driven by a dedicated pump battery 26, but as in the case of the air pump, a vehicle battery or a generator may be used. The operations of the pumps 22 and 24 are switched automatically or manually depending on the water temperature in the aquarium 1. That is, a temperature sensor 27 is disposed within the water tank 1, and when the temperature sensor 27 detects the set temperature, the operations of the pumps 22 and 24 are switched. For example, when the temperature sensor 27 detects a temperature higher than the maximum allowable temperature, in other words, when the water becomes excessively warm, the operation of the filter pump 22 is stopped and the cooling filter pump 24 is started. As a result, the water in the water tank 1 flows from the suction pipe 23 into the cooling pipe 25, passes through the cooling chamber 2 and is cooled, and then is sprinkled into the filtration tank 15 from the water sprinkling pipe 18. The sprayed cooling water is filtered while descending within the filter material 19, drips from the drip hole 17 in the bottom plate, and returns to the water tank 1. In this way, the water temperature in the aquarium gradually decreases until the temperature sensor 27 detects a temperature below the allowable minimum temperature, and the cooling filtration bomb 24 stops operating and the filtration pump 22 starts again. , direct the water in the water tank 1 into the sprinkler pipe 18,
Water is sprinkled into the filter tanks 15 and 16. By repeating the above operations thereafter, the water temperature in the aquarium 1 will always be maintained within a predetermined range. 28 is a temperature control knob.
