以下本発明による紡糸口金装置を第1図によつ
て説明すると、1は先端内周縁に係止環2を有す
る円筒状のホルダーで、このホルダー1の先端に
芯成分及び鞘成分を複合吐出せしめる紡糸孔3を
備えた紡糸口金板4が配されている。この紡糸口
金板4の上にはテフロン処理した環状のスペーサ
ー5を介して前記紡糸孔3の上部に位置する芯成
分流通孔6及びその側方に鞘成分流通孔7を備え
中心部に盲状の円形凹部8を備えた分配板9が配
されている。この分配板9の円形凹部には回転棒
10の下端に設けられている偏芯カム11が組込
まれている。前記分配板9の上には同様に芯成分
流通孔6′及びその側方に鞘成分流通孔7′を備え
中心部に前記回転棒10の挿通孔12を備えた補
助分配板13が、挿通孔12に回転棒10を挿通
せしめて配され、偏芯カム11が抜け止めされて
いる。補助分配板13の上には芯成分導入口14
を有する環状凹部15と鞘成分導入口16を有す
る環状凹部17を備え中心部に前記回転棒10の
挿通孔18を備えた紡糸原液導入分配板19が、
挿通孔18に回転棒10を挿通せしめて配されて
いる。尚、回転棒10は図示せぬ回転装置により
回転せしめられるようになつている。

本発明の紡糸口金装置では図示せぬ回転装置によ
り回転棒10を回転させ、下端の偏芯力カム11
にてその偏心量だけ分配板9を公転させる。その

4の紡糸孔3の軸線を公軸として公転することに
なるので、紡糸孔3の吐出孔3aより吐出紡糸さ

びその側方に鞘成分流通孔を備え中心部に盲状の
円形凹部を備えた分配板が配され、この分配板の
円形凹部には回転棒の下端に設けられている偏芯
カムが組込まれ、回転棒の回転により前記分配板
を偏芯カムの偏芯量だけ公転運動するように構成
されていることを特徴とする紡糸口金装置。
