図面は本考案の実施例を示すもので、第１図は
全体的な構成説明図、第２図、第３図はステンシ
ルの正面図、第４図はレーザ光の経過の一部を示
す説明図、第５図は印字動作の１周期毎のサーボ
モータの回転速度を示す線図、第６図はコマンド
ボツクスによる制御を示すブロツク図、第７図は
本考案の基本動作の機能を示すフローチヤート、
第８図から第１７図は部分的な動作の機能を示す
フローチヤートである。 １はレーザ発振器、６ａ，６ｂはステンシル、
７ａ，７ｂはサーボモータ、８ａ，８ｂはエンコ
ーダ、９ａ，９ｂは文字、記号、１０ａ，１０ｂ
は透孔、１２はガルバノスキヤナミラー、１３は
反射ミラー、１４はワーク、１６はコントローラ
、１７はコマンドボツクス。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 周縁部に円周方向の等間隔位置に多数個の透孔
    状の文字、記号９ａ，９ｂと１個の透孔１０ａ，
    １０ｂを設けた複数個のステンシル６ａ，６ｂを
    同軸状に、かつ上記文字等を設けた位置をレーザ
    発振器１よりのレーザ光のビーム経路内に位置す
    るように配置すると共に、各ステンシル６ａ，６
    ｂにエンコーダ８ａ，８ｂを有するサーボモータ
    ７ａ，７ｂを連結し、また上記各ステンシル６ａ
    ，６ｂより下流側のビーム経路内に、レーザ光を
    反射するガルバノスキヤナミラー１２と、このガ
    ルバノスキヤナミラー１２からの反射レーザ光を
    ワーク１４へ向けて反射する凹円弧状の反射ミラ
    ー１３を設け、さらに上記サーボモータ７ａ，７
    ｂを制御すると共に、サーボモータ７ａ，７ｂが
    所定の位置に停止したときにレーザ光が発光する
    ようにレーザ発振器１を制御するコントローラ１
    ６と、このコントローラ１６に指令値を入力する
    コマンドボツクス１７とを有することを特徴とす
    るレーザマスクマーカ装置。
