(Prior Art) Conventional color diffusion transfer photographic film units are broadly classified into peelable type and peelable type. In the peel-off type, the photosensitive layer and the dye image-receiving layer are coated on separate supports, and after image exposure, the photosensitive element and the dye image-receiving element are overlapped, a processing composition is spread between them, and then the dye image-receiving layer is formed. Stripping off the element yields a dye image transferred to the dye-receiving layer.

The feature of this form is that the dye image formed on the image-receiving layer coated on the support can be directly observed, so there is no deterioration in image quality as seen in the non-peelable type, which will be described later, and the color is excellent. It is to show reproduction. On the other hand, there is the operational inconvenience of overlapping the photosensitive element and the image-receiving element in the camera, and the inconvenience in handling the processed film, in that the alkaline processing solution becomes sticky after peeling and tends to adhere to the surroundings.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In a preferred embodiment of these peelable photographic film units, the dye image-forming substance is a non-diffusible dye-releasing redox compound, and when pyrazolidinones are used as the developer, staining occurs after peeling. Sometimes. The surface p■1 of the peeled surface immediately after peeling is preferably 10 or less, more preferably 8 or less, but of course, if the film unit does not have a neutralizing layer, it may have a neutralizing layer. Even in the case of a film unit in which the film unit is peeled off, the surface pH of the peeled surface may not be completely lowered immediately after peeling. In other words, if the pH is not lowered sufficiently because the peeling is performed a little earlier than the desired peeling time, or if the pH gradually decreases after peeling, but immediately after peeling,
may not have fallen completely yet. In this way, on the surface of the peeled sheet containing the dye image-receiving layer, which was separated from #11 while the pH had not completely decreased,
In some cases, the developer was oxidized in the air, causing pink stains and yellowish brown stains, which significantly impaired image quality.

The effect of the present invention is that the photosensitive layer and the image-receiving layer are coated on separate supports as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-26896 in a peelable color diffusion transfer photographic film unit.
After image exposure, a photosensitive element and an image-receiving element are overlapped, a processing composition is spread between them, and the image-receiving element is then peeled off to obtain a dye image transferred to the image-receiving layer. A photosensitive layer and an image-receiving layer as shown in 1 are coated on the same support, and after image exposure, a processing composition is spread between the cover sheet and a release layer between the photosensitive layer and the image-receiving layer. through the image receiving layer? It is also recognized in types where images can be directly observed without using a support, but U.S. Pat.
A photosensitive layer and an image-receiving layer as shown in No. 9.683 are coated on the same support, and after image exposure, a processing composition is spread between the cover sheet and the photosensitive layer and the image-receiving layer. On a white support such as a type in which the image is observed by peeling off the image-receiving layer through a peeling layer in between, or as shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 63-120201, at least (a) a dye image-receiving layer, (b) a peeling layer,
(C) at least one in combination with a dye image-forming substance;
A light-sensitive element having two silver halide emulsion layers in sequence, an alkaline processing composition containing a light-blocking agent, and a neutralizing layer on a sheet containing a peeled-off dye-receiving layer, such as the type comprising a transparent cover sheet having a neutralizing function. This is particularly noticeable in the type that does not leave any residue, and in particular, the type described in Japanese Patent Application No. 120201/1983 has a great effect because there is a high possibility that it will be peeled off before the pH has fallen sufficiently.

In the present invention, the position where the polymer represented by formula (1) is added is not particularly limited as long as it is a layer between the support of the image-receiving photosensitive sheet and the peeled layer, but a layer close to the surface after peeling is preferred. However, when a quaternary ammonium salt type polymer is used as a mordant in the image-receiving layer as described later, the quaternary ammonium salt polymer and the sulfinic acid group-containing polymer coagulate, making it difficult to add. Even in such a case, a separate layer may be provided above or below the image-receiving layer to contain a polymer having a sulfinic acid group, if necessary. Of course, they can also be included in other auxiliary layers such as adhesion improving layers, ultraviolet absorbing layers, or protective layers. It can also be distributed and contained in several layers as necessary.

(3) Structure of the photosensitive layer In order to reproduce natural colors by the subtractive color method, the above-mentioned dye image-forming substance provides a dye having selective spectral absorption in the same wavelength range as the emulsion spectrally sensitized with the above-mentioned spectral sensitizing dye. A photosensitive layer consisting of at least two in combination with a photosensitive layer is used. The emulsion and the dye image-forming substance may be coated as separate layers, or
Alternatively, they may be mixed and applied as a single layer. A separate layer is preferable when the dye image-forming material coated has absorption in the spectral sensitivity range of the emulsion with which it is combined.

Preferred acidic substances include substances containing an acidic group with a pKa of 9 or less (or a precursor group that provides such an acidic group upon hydrolysis), and more preferably olein as described in U.S. Pat. No. 2,983,606. Higher fatty acids like acids, U.S. Patent 3,362.81
Polymers of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or maleic acid and their partial esters or acid anhydrides as disclosed in No. 9; acrylic acid and acrylic acid as disclosed in French Painting Patent No. 2°290.699 Ester communicator; U.S. Patent No. 4,139.383 and Research Disclosure
Mention may be made of acidic polymers of the latex type, such as those disclosed in J. M. 16102 (1977).

The amount of polymeric acid applied is controlled by the amount of alkali developed on the photosensitive element. The equivalent ratio of polymeric acid to alkali per unit area is preferably 0.9-2.0. If the amount of polymeric acid is too small, the hue of the transferred dye may change or staining may occur in the white background, and if it is too large, problems such as a change in hue or a decrease in light resistance may occur. A more preferable equivalent ratio is 1. It is O-1,3. When mixed with a hydrophilic polymer, too much or too little amount of the hydrophilic polymer will deteriorate the quality of the photograph. The weight ratio of hydrophilic polymer to polymeric acid is 0.110, preferably 0.3-3.0.
